Insignia Universal Dual Qi Wireless Charging Station (NS-MWPC10K2-C)

It charges fairly fast when it actually makes a good connection. I put my phone on the charger at night to change and several times, for an unknown reason during the night my phone looses the contact connection and I wake up to a 10% charged phone. This charger will not charge my Apple Watch, which was very disappointing. If you are looking for a dependable charger to change both your phone and your watch I would recommend buying another product. This is my 1st time to be disappointed in an Insignia product.

Im a bit disappointed. I bought this item thinking that it was going to be a great purchase. It has dual chargers for my and my husband's phone to charge simultaneously, it has, what I thought was, 20w charging power, so it should have provided quick charging...but NO. It's 10w per dual charger, rendering a total of 20. This thing shares so slowly. I thought it was the brand, but no, I can't put that on them. Im taking it back. Im very dissatisfied and need something that works faster.

It’s an ok charger, I needed something as I didn’t get everything needed to charge the iPhone 12, with the purchase of the new phone. Our family has two phones, iPhone 10, iPhone 12. Both has a protection case on them. The phones will charge over night to 100%. We do need to double check to make sure that the phones are sat on the device “just so”, so the unit is engaging in charging the phones. This is not a fast charge unit. However i do love that I t fits nicely on my 6”windowsill.
