- Misleading and unreliable- September 3, 2021
Charges 10v, not 20v I thought that ea side charged 20v, but no, its 10v max for ea side. 10+10=20v charger. Sometimes i wake up with no charge on my phone. I can place my phone down on it charging and before i know it, it stops after it starts blinking red. I DONT KNOW WHY IT BLINKS RED!!! It goes from blue to purple than to red. Those are the colors it has. Shouldnt it be 3 different colors? Green for charged Red for not charging and a different color for currently charging? I mean thats a pretty universal thing right there. For its price, i was expecting better. But because of its weirdness and unreliability, i give it 2 stars. Im not happy with this purchase. I shouldve bought that samsung one instead. Also... the plug Where you connect the wire to the charging station itself, idk if im not pushing it all the way in.... but theres a gap. I dont want to break it by forcing it in, i guess its a design flaw. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

- Continuously Gets Worse- January 1, 2022
This is the worst wireless charger I’ve ever experienced. I’ve kept it past its return Date in hopes of finding the sweet spot to lay my iPhone 13 on but far too often I wake up with a low battery as I did again today which drew me to write this review. If you purchase this, keep track of when it starts to go bad as I thought it was just me not correctly placing my phone down. I now find that I have to first place my phone down then pick it up and place it again to get it to start. But even then it does not continue charging through the night. I’ll wake up and hear the phone ding as if plugging and unplugging the charger to the phone and a low battery. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
- Might be 5 stars, but also might have a flaky unit- December 24, 2021
Nothing really to complain about. Its convenient, it is small, it has 2 charging bases, and charges rather quickly. The only thing I can make any grumbles about would be that with larger iPhones (I have an XS with an Otterbox case) you really have to hit the sweet spot to get it to charge - and it may be just the size of the phone/case, but every so often it stops charging and just "dings" like it just started again - but without charging. Moving it around until you find the spot again seems to resolve the issue - annoying nonetheless, if you aren't paying attention and come back to find a phone that never charged. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
