Instant Pot 9-in-1 Duo Plus Electric Pressure Cooker - 6 Qt

I bought 1 on September 2018, and after 6 months the cooker shows C6L error. I contacted the support center and they explained that because i overfilled 2/3 of the pot and the liquid was spilled out to the heating element. They gave me an offer of buying the new one with 112 CAD (30%) discount. I will not purchase a second time for the same product with that kind of low quality. I always clean the bottom of the inner pot by towels to make sure it’s dry as well as the inner surface of the cooker base. Therefore the current error may be due to the 2/3 level overfill, which seems to be their inappropriate design, while they can design the cooker to transfer the liquid outside in case of overfill. My family and I have been using lots of other cookers especially the ones from Japan such as Panasonic or Hitachi and they can last decades without any problems, even with liquid and food spilling out sometimes. Based on their solutions, I will suggest my friends and colleagues not to purchase their products in the future since their after sale service is not appropriate from my point of view. Spare part purchase or repair with lower cost is acceptable, not purchasing for the whole new product.

Excellent saves buying multiple gadgets. To the previous reviewer, I don't know what pot you bought because the instant pot has the saute function, and the button is clearly visible on the touch pad! Saves over half a day of cooking and electricity in a crock pot, on the saute pressure mode.
