I purchased this when the pre-installed screen protector that comes with the S10 became scratched from my case. I have used several Zagg products over the years, and didn't think twice about buying it. I was wrong. The reviews on the website are mixed at best, but most of the good reviews said to watch the online video for installation before trying it yourself. I did so. Twice. There's a few steps but it didn't seem like rocket science. I've installed several screen protectors before. So after receiving the product, I went through the steps... and ended up with a bubble-filled, crooked protector. I'm not new to doing this. I've done this several times over the years. But it looked awful. There was litter choice, other than living with it, but to return it. I'd be alright with a couple of bubbles and what not, but this was too much to let work out for a couple of days. The screen protector is also a very thin one that is more for scratching than for breakage protection.
