- Great case - color dirties quickly- June 23, 2017
PROS: This case didn't add much bulk to my phone, which was surprising for an Otterbox. My phone felt secure and although I am pretty good with my phone, it felt good to know that my phone was safe. CONS: The silicone portion of this case gets dirty very easily. I had the case for 7 days and the silicone portion already began looking dingy as if I'd had it for months. I mostly keep my phone in a small section of my purse, so there is no reason why it should have shown so much dirt so quickly. Conclusion: GREAT CASE, just don't get a bright color.

I am extremely pleased with this case and it gives me peace of mind to know that my phone is well protected. The case is not too bulky. It may not fit well in small pockets, which is something I don't mind. I'd rather hold my phone or put it in my purse. One drawback I have noticed with similar Otterbox cases is that over time the corners of the case can become dingy from rubbing the fabric in your pockets or rolling around in your purse. It is a little difficult to clean the "dirt stains" out of the plastic of the case. To end on a positive note, the colors are cheery, uplifting, and bright. I am glad the colors are not dimmed or muted like many of the dull tones in the Otterbox line. Sometimes you just want a color that stands out! Overall a fantastic and protective phone case!

I have used Otterbox on all of my devices and with multiple drops I have never had any damage. This is my first time to purchase The Commuter series instead of The Defender, but I have always had problems with the screens getting really scratched on the case through normal wear and tear. I like that I can use replaceable screen protectors with The Commuter. There was a variety of colors and I love the slimness of The Commuter!

Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced.
