  • Faulty Product - Jabra Customer Service is worse

I purchased my Jabra 25e headphones in July,2019. I used them for an entire battery cycle (full to empty) and after that was unable to use them again. Battery will charge but not hold a charge so they can't be used. Took some problem-solving with Jabra customer support for them eventually to warranty the headphones that I used for a month. Problem now is that they have to produce more stock before I can get a new pair. 1 month of use - 2 months (and counting of waiting with no estimated stock timeframe). Pros: The buttons were responsive. The audio was good. Battery Life was good (when it held the charge) Cons: Mentioned above #1 More weight tailored in the back of the neck which caused some bouncing and the unit to fall off my neck during runs. Overall: This is my first pair of Jabra headphones. Will not be buying again from them. If your going to buy the products I would get the Best Buy warranty so you deal with them rather then going through Jabra.

  • Good Bluetooth earphones

There’s a trick to wearing it though. It has to be worn underneath the collar else it keeps lipping away. Not very straightforward answering calls with it but good audio and sturdy Bluetooth headphones.

  • Little Stiff

Overall the product is good but the part that hangs around the neck is very rigid and does not flex well. Good for working at your desk or just sitting around but does not work well with too much movement as they tend to slide off your neck when trying to do any physical activity.

  • Horrible sound... Horrible quality...

I have used Jabra products on a corporate level and they were quite decent but on a commercial level I was quite disappointed with the quality of them as the sound quality would have been better in a tin can... I was extremely disappointed with the Jabra Elite e25 earphones. don't even bother wasting your money on buying them because they are not worth it... turn my 20-plus years of being a consumer of earphones I highly recommend Sony or even Skullcandy way better quality...

Going a year strong on these headphones and primarily use them for running. Previously bought the Skullcandy Method ones but those didn't even last a month. These have great build quality, really good battery life and decent sound for the price. Got caught in a couple downpours while running and had no issues afterwards. Highly recommended if you looking for headphones to exercise with and don't want to spend too much money but want something to last.
