Stay Away

I've had nothing but problems with this product. The charging case is cheaply made as I've now had issues with 2 of them in less than 3 months. Customer support is non existent. Do a search through these reviews and and other sites and you'll find the web is littered with complaints about support for this product which you will need sooner than later.

Great wireless buds

Spent a lot of time researching about this category. Ended up with these and they are great. in the beginning they became uncomfortable after 40ish min but after 2 weeks i can keep them in during the whole work day without discomfort. They are great for working out and have never dropped out my ears. Sound is great but havent anything to compare it to other than the AKG ear buds that come with samsung phones...appears to sound the same to me. only annoyance is that after a while of the buds being off and not stored into its pack only the right one will work and you can reset it by placing the buds back in the case and out. Also to pressing the buttons on the buds pushes them into your ear which doesnt feel too good so best way to go around that is grab them with two fingers and press button with a third or just press the button and readjust , takes a second.... other than that this is a great set of ear buds. Would definitely recommend. I guess the others got bad batches. had mine since mid Dec and no problems... apply for the best buy geek squad thing and if anything goes bad with them theyll just replace it i guess. hope this helps some1 make a decision.

Good sound/Good price

Good sound for the price. They stay fit in the ear canal. Everything seems to be good so far. I recommend them.

After upgrade to the new firmware 2.25, right earbud has no volume. Contacted the support, but no reply yet.

A pleasant surprise

Overall: As a 3 device Android user (OP6T, Pixel 2, Galaxy Tab S2 8), these are the best wireless earphones I have tried so far. They are comfortable for my ears, sound good for bluetooth, and mostly seamless to use. The biggest gripe is that the left earbud sometimes doesn't connect after taking them out of the case, requiring me to put it back in and take it back out. The Jabra Elite 65t isn't perfect, but is very good. Pros: - Sound is ok for bluetooth earphones; the bass is is better than I expected - Call quality has been a big pro as I am on business calls a lot; I never have complaints when I'm walking down the street or in the office - Works great with bluetooth 5.0; the connection is strong with very rare drops even on a windy day standing on the train platform, walking downtown, in the subway, etc. - SUBJECTIVE: Comfortable for my ears and secure enough to run; they're even low profile enough for me to wear under my goalie mask. If you can, try before you buy because I can see how these can be uncomfortable - Discrete looking (but can be a con because people will assume you are able to hear them) - Battery lasts me all day for the earphones for on and off listening and several hour long calls; I charge the case once per week Cons: - Left earphones sometimes require reinsertion to connect - Bluetooth 4 or lower experienced more drops when outside on a windy day - 2 apps to get the earphones connected with my phone Minor Gripes - Working with multiple devices at the same time is hit or miss (works with Galaxy Tab + OP3 at the same time, but only works with OP6T or Pixel 2 alone) - Hearthrough feature is not that effective - Micro USB instead of USB C - Buttons do not feel 'premium'; they require slightly too much force to utilize the volume buttons IMHO

Never Going Back to Wired

I’ve been using these ear buds for 5 months and overall I’m satisfied with the product, even though it took some time to getting use to (first time using wireless). These are truly wireless so obviously be careful when using them (especially if you have long hair!). I use them primarily for listening to music to and from work. In order to use them properly you must download the app which the developers will make updates and read the reviews. Here’s a breakdown of my review: Sound Quality: You have an equalizer you can play around with. There were no popping sounds from the Bluetooth connection. I only had a few instances when I couldn’t hear music for a split second. Battery: No complaints. The company did accurately describe the battery life. I’m able to go 2 weeks without having to charge them. Charging Case: I didn’t consider it an inconvenience carrying it around. It’s small and light, a bit on the bulky side. Comfort: If you twist them in properly, they won't feel like they're falling out. It doesn't feel heavy or uncomfortable. Noise Cancelling: It’s hard to hear outside noise with them on (you still can hear a little bit). So I would say the noise cancelling is decent. No static, popping sounds, etc. Features I Use/like: 'Hear noise' option in the app; when you pull one ear bud out, it will stop the music; equalizer; Conclusion: They're expensive but I have made the mistake before with cheaper ear buds (wired Bluetooth). I'm not really sure about calls, as I've only called once and the person had a hard time hearing me (I was on the bus). I consider these one of the best wireless ear buds.

So far so Good

Bought them today on got them on my ears for now 4 hours and still strong LOL,being said, they work as far as 20 feet from my phone, the sound is great ++ and they are comfortable for my ears, I have use the large size. The volume is high enough. I Also tested the phone talking with someone they didn't even notice that I was using earbuds and the sound was pretty good on the phone.

terrible sound...

bought these today and tried them out, was coming from a wired set of beats by dre. I was excited to try them out but I have to say was completely underwhelmed by the sound quality. Tried all different eq settings and nothing impressed. THe base was the worst and overall quality of sound was just poor.

Very happy I chose this product

I recently lost my last Bluetooth earpiece the Plantronics voyager (mono) which I really loved other then the bulkyness or weight of it so I had to find a new replacement. It lasted 4 years and was still going strong. I need a good phone earpiece with good phone call quality for both parties and after reading through many reviews, and seeing it for sale at my local Best Buy I selected the Jabra 65t. After a few days of use I love it and am amazed at the quality of this set of earphones in such a small micro size. I had to use the smallest tip though to fit my right ear otherwise they 'pop' out but it does feel snug now like I can go rollerblading. The sound is pretty good too,not the best I'm sure but you can adjust the equalizer within the app and it has a feature to hear the surrounding sound instead of blocking it out. I overall love all the features this headphone offers and nice having stereo with no cords. It fits nicely inside the ear and comfortable to me wearing for long periods of time. The call quality is excellent and exactly what I needed.

Not worth the money at all

Bought these earbuds when they were on sale. A warning for future buyers on these earbuds, the left earbud is significantly louder than the right earbud and also has an extremely loud hissing sound. Jabra has claimed that they would fix it but it still has not been fixed to this day and many have claimed the same problem. Stay away from the earbuds if you value your money.

The best I have used

I had given up on finding wireless earbuds, after wasting a lot of money on Air Pods that wouldn't seal properly or stay tight in my ears. I never found wired buds that I was happy with. I received the Elite 65T earbuds as a gift and decided to try them. I am amazed at the fit and sound. Even with the equalizer at default, the sound is exceptional. For me, the noise cancelling is very good. I am totally sold on this product and highly recommend it.

SHIAAT

No after sales service as I requested for a refund. People should rather explore newer options at 1/3rd the price. Cannot use as a decent hands free. Have to carry the box everywhere cause it needs to reset every 2 uses. Jabra I'd rather use a 200 dollar worth of wired earphones as the sound quality is SHIT!!!!

No Noise Cancelling Feature

I just returned these because they are not noise cancelling as advertised. If you buy them for that feature as I did, I'd suggest looking at other products, because these, at best, dampen the noise when put in your ears, they do not actually have noise cancelling technology as the website suggests.

Don't buy this product !

I was really excited for the buds but they are to painful to wear longer than a hour. Buds fall out of case and are too slippery. Sound quality is just ok. I Feel I wasted my money on these and cannot return due to to hygiene reasons.

Perfect for music, phone calls are terrible

I brought this a few days ago and tested it in different environments. The device is perfect for music. When i made phone calls, the receiver couldnt hear anything i said. They kept complaining that the sound quality is very low.

Technology at it's finest for a price finally within reach!

Sound is great! Listened to music for almost 7 hours straight, out of the box, before needing a charge! Comfortable too, as I wore them for 7 hours straight! Bluetooth range is quite good, can leave my Phone on a central table and wander throughout the house. Coupled with the Jabra App, has many great features.

Not worth the price but a decent sound

Only had these for a short time but found them to a little uncomfortable and found it odd I couldn't just use the left with having the right in at the same time. Seems like an easy fix. Having said that the sound was very good and the quality was top notch as well.

Great sound, great fit

My Bragi The Headphone wireless unit broke after 3 months and Bragi is making it difficult to make a return for that junk. Out of frustration, I got these Jabra on a whim and man, was I right. The sound is SHARP, crystal-clear, pairing was easy, they look good, stay in place, battery is very decent. Great product.

Best Truly Wireless Earbuds on the Market

I have tested out other truly wireless earbuds before, these top them all. Slim profile that's hard to see from the front, great sound, strong mics, good battery life and a small charging case. Highly recommend these and they are well worth the price.
