- Always buy Jabra, Every time!- October 9, 2020
Probably my 5th Bluetooth earpiece. They never go bad, They fall out of my pocket and I step on them, I lose them. I even washed them in the dirty clothes, (They still tend to work even then, just not as well so I don't recommend it!) They will last forever if treated right. If I had a complaint, it would be the answer call button is very sensitive and easily pushed during comfort adjustments. The on-off button is a tad inconvenient, but considering the quality and the price...you have to sacrifice to make it inexpensive. Loud, clear and doesn't drop calls. All I was asking...Got what I was looking for!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Good little headset- April 10, 2020
I bought this to take part in teleconference calls on my phone as the microphone on does not work when it is on speakerphone, negating the ability to participate in the teleconference. This ear piece does a great job. Sound quality is excellent and no problems with it picking up my voice. The only minor things is the on/off switch is difficult to use when the ear attachment is on the headset; I'm only able turn it on and off when I am not wearing the headset. Instructions/commands are lacking in the documentation. It would be nice to have something more than just how to sync up the Bluetooth.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Not my best Jabra experience.- September 25, 2020
This bluetooth headset is pretty nice, but falls behind some of its older brothers. It's light and easy to wear, but tends to feel kind of plasticky, and it seems that it really can't take much of a beating. Sound quality is excellent on both ends; nobody has ever complained about my audio. In fact, I've been told I sound fantastic. Connectivity can be an issue at times; it will randomly disconnect from my phone. Battery life is also an issue; with a bit of heavy use it won't get through a whole day. On top of that, this device does not have a form of summoning my smart assistant; I have to unlock my phone in order to do it. Not a totally hands-free experience, but OK for a light user. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
