    Just came today, already issued a return and deciding if i should get another one from Bestbuy. But there appeared to be no quality checks before packaging this. It's not damaged, but 1 of the tuning pegs doesn't tighten at all, so the string is loose, almost dangling. Another string, is buzzing against the frets already, even after i tighten it some more. Typically this happens when it's either loose or heavy usage against the frets, and shouldn't happen with a brand new guitar. It practically means i would have to bring this in for repair for a brand new guitar and it doesn't make sense. Im unfortunately not as pro with self repair/maint, being a beginner still but i'm assuming this shouldn't be the case for a newly bought guitar, and any work out of the box would be some tuning at best. I wouldn't mind updating my review if i get the same one and it's much better, proving that this was just a one off.

    From the moment the guitar was unboxed it was ready for play. There was no way that a 200 dollar guitar could look so good and play so well. I am wholly satisfied.

  • I want my warranty, please.

    I have bought the guitar as a gift few months ago. Today was the fifth time playing it but it started to have some weird sound when pressing the first two frets. I bought this in Canada. I tried to contact BestBuy for the warranty details, but they just provided me a US number to call the manufacturer without any details. They don't even have the manufactuer email. I'm not sure what I can do now. Is the warranty REAL?

  • Amazing product and cheap

    The sound of this guitar is very clean and easy to just pick up and use wherever you are. It is not very heavy or bulky so it fits in the car everywhere I go. The tuner is a little tricky to use but once you get used to it, you can tune the guitar in less than a minute. Of course the best tuner there is, is your ears so I'm working on that. Overall great purchase and hope it lasts many many years.
