Disappointing - Was Expecting Much More

The Jaybird X3s are one big, huge, massive Lunch-bag Letdown. The ear fins (every size) on the X3s just don't fit well or stay in snuggly. Every possible permutation of ear fin and silicone/foam earpiece was tried and every one let me down. They just don't fit or give confidence they'll stay in while exercising. I followed the fitment videos on line and made sure I was doing everything right. It was still all wrong. I don't want to think about my earphones when wearing them. I was constantly reaching to them to make sure they're still in place or resetting in my ear. Very disappointing. I really wanted to like them - a big letdown as I was expecting much more from Jaybird after hearing good things. This is twice I've bought Jaybird - first and last. On to better earphones from Bose or Sony or JBL.

The ear-tips (the part that makes it fit nicely in your ear) constantly falls out!!

These earbuds are great. I love how fast they charge, the sound quality, how I can wear them around my neck and not notice them... BUT The damn ear-tips constantly fall out. depending on where you are this can be problematic: as this has happened to me while waiting for a bus, at a friend's house, on campus etc... If it wasn't for this one problem I would buy these again

Stopped charging after 6 months

Tried with new charging clips, no luck. Email exchange with Jaybird support is painfully slow, taking a week for each reply. Still don't know if anything can be done. So disappointed.

Poor bluetooth connectivity

I was very disappointed in the bluetooth connection on these. I had my iphone SE in the chest pocket of my running vest, no more than 18 inches from my ear. Both iphone and earbuds were fully charged. Every time I turned my head or lifted my arm to take a drink the connection dropped out. Previously I had tried with my phone in a waist pouch and it was dropping out continually. I found a couple threads on the Jaybird website indicating that many others have had the same problem. I returned the first pair to BestBuy and received a second pair and the exact same thing happened. Definitely unacceptable for earbuds at this price. I will be looking for something else.

1 week since purchase and can no longer charge

I have had these for only 1 week (9 days) and it stopped taking a charge. I've tried the factory reset to no avail. So I'm exchanging them for another pair and hopefully not a dud! Bad taste in my mouth already.
