Good sound quality

Excellent sound quality with a good balance of trebles and punchy bass. The silicone ear cups included tend to fall off very easily, when pulling the earphones out the silicone cups stay in your ears so not ideal. The foam ear tips block out external noise pretty well and stay attached to the earphones better, the sound quality is slightly muffled with these tips but they do block out external noise better so it is worth the compromise. All in all very good sound quality with a decent battery life, I would reccomend

Best Customer Service for my Jaybird X3's!

On Black Friday, I was visiting Best Buy. In the midst of the craziness, Rocky and Anthony were very helpful and stopped to assist me with the product I was looking for. They went the extra mile and were able to help me find what I was looking for. Dhaniel at the cash register was very helpful in explaining the product replacement plan and my return policy. He could have easily just checked my items out with out explaining anything. I have to say I am very impressed by these three employees because they all showed commitment to customer satisfaction. I would recommend this store for their customer service.

two pair in two months - low quality

I purchased a pair of X3 in June and by mid July they were not charging. The jaybird forum is full of people with this same issue and after attempting the factory reset it was determined that that unit was defective. I went via support and sent the buds back to jaybird who confirmed they were busted and replaced under warranty. Unfortunately the replacement buds did not charge as soon as they were unpacked. Basically super poor workmanship for a premium price. Very disappointing product
