American-Style Scrape designed for intermediate and professional players.
7mm tip, 17.8mm scrape profile wound on a 47mm nickel-silver tube for a 70mm overall length. Only the most select cane and cork are used. The "crow" of each reed is adjusted to an exact pitch and the reed is played throughout the range of the instrument.
All oboe reeds are made with the finest French cane, sorted, selected and processed by skilled artisans and then created by the world's most advanced reed machinery. All reeds are handed finished, individually tested and adjusted to ensure maxium performance.
