Keurig Water Filter Starter Kit Rear Reservoir

Love the compact, modern design and versatility. Takes up far less space. So far, the best coffee maker I have owned. Great improvement from past brewers. So easy to fill the reservoir as it’s near to my sink and the faucet hose will reach. One thing...people have complained about dripping when pouring. It only happens if you don’t perfectly position the pot when brewing. I’ve learned that lesson! Coffee will drip onto lid causing pouring drips. The tiny little brew hole in the lid could use a redesign. I have purchased another duo for my daughter who loves it too. Hoping this continues to perform well!!

I received my coffee maker as a gift, but the water filter did not come with it. I Finally touched base with you and received my filter. The only advice I would give is to have a water filter kit in all of the coffee maker purchases. It took me several weeks to finally get the correct filter. This is a great product. But, it seems that we, as consumers, are expected to know where and what the parts are for our coffee makers and it makes the consumer have to look and get in touch with you to get the right part.

Has anyone else had this problem?? Not only did I run carafes of filtered water through and problem 10- 12oz cups of water on the pod side, I can still smell iodine... They are going to send me another one when they get more in... Never have I had a problem with Keurig before and I usually get a new one every couple years. Sometimes more often just to update mine... Other than that, I wish it came in some colors... Maybe next year!
