I bought the laptop in dec. From the beginning it self the hinge was too tight I thought its because it's a 2 in 1 and has the feature to flip, that's why to make it's sturdy. But the bezel that supports the hinge is plastic. After 3 months the hinge popped out of the bezel and I am unable to open the laptop. If I try to open the bezel along with the screen starts ripping off the laptop. Its not a damge done by me but they dont consider it a design fault. I purchased it in canada and even though Canada is such a big country they keep asking me to send it to US. And plus they dint provide any address or details of the process. they didnt tell me how to send it either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This computer is fast when loading web pages and programs. The boot is also super fast. I really enjoy the touch screen portion because sometimes you don't want to use a whole computer so it gives it a tablet feel while also having a much bigger screen than many tablets. My only mild irritation is a certain antivirus software that spams you with messages telling you to sign up for their program as soon as you boot up but it was an easy program to delete. Otherwise it's a quiet laptop that doesn't run hot and it has a nice biometric scanner so opening it is a cinch. It has served me well thus far in my studies and I have faith it will continue to do so for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop seems very sturdy and is reasonably sized for the price. I’ve gotten other laptop brands where price was similar but they were large and clunky. I like the fingerprint option - haven’t had any issues with using it. So far the speed is reasonably fast. Of course, over time is when a laptop tends to slow down after the bloat of software and other files installed over the years. Only time will tell if this laptop can survive my 10 year old who has destroyed a Chromebook and my previous laptop (first time a power button has been destroyed and pushed in to point where I can’t start the laptop up!)
