    Received product and it "looked" great. Y an T keys not working, Keyboard volume controls not working, tap function on mouse pad not working. Fine we got a rigorously tested "dud" logged into best buy website and clicked contact seller and entered all relevant info and received a response to contact synnex with email provided, email was incorrect a bounced. Called best buy 1800 option 4 for Best Buy Business as it said it was sold by Best Buy Business, that call goes to main switchboard and was told Best Buy Business is not part of Best Buy... OK whatever got the correct email for synnex and provided all info again. Let's see what happens next …..

    I received this machine yesterday and needed to request a return right away (they said they don't do exchange). Even though BestBuy is saying it is Grade A Condition, I was not expecting a perfect cosmetic machine. However, once I opened the laptop, a key on the keyboard fell off. What does it mean "a rigorous refurbishing process to achieve the highest quality and performance standards"???

    It didn't power on and you couldn't even press any keys on the keyboard. So much for their claim that these refurbished items go through rigorous testing.

    Works good, different type of touchpad, works ok once you figure it out, website says has bluetooth, no it does not. ram soldered on upgraded ssd to 500gb. Too bad no bluetooth sound just ok.

    The Thinkpad I received looks brand new except for three missing little rubber feet missing off the bottom. Everything works as it should.

    Got the laptop in 3 days. I like how small the unit is. Touchscreen works and the product was as advertised.

    Laptop doesn't even turn on! I don't understand how bestbuy allows third parties to sell garbage here. We are putting our trust on bestbuy when we buy from their website. They should ban this seller if we can't even get a device that turns on!! I also lost all of my trust for bestbuy and will not shop from bestbuy again! Thank you for waisting my time!
