Died during a shoot and my photos were lost... Recovery software for Mac? None... 100 dollars down the drain. Sure, they'll give me another card but how long will it last?

  • Ugh! Not again.

I bought two 32G SD cards for use in my Nikon D7200. They lasted about a month before I started having problems with my iMac reading them and eventually them failing completely. Thinking I might have got a bad batch, I replaced them with two 64G cards. Same issues again within the month. This is the first time I ever experienced any failures with SD cards EVER. Its really disappointing but luckily I didn’t lose any photos. I’ll be going back to my trusty SanDisk Extreme Pro’s that I’ve never had any issues with.
