    千万不要买,因为不仅质量差售后服务基本没有,2016年买的twin wash , 期间还回国大半年没有使用, 也就是说真正使用时间两年不到,每周最多开机两三次,每一个月都有定时使用专门的洗衣机清洁器清洁机身,底下的污水排放管最少半个月就会放一次,平时最多洗一下床单跟羽绒服,鞋子地垫这些都是专门买的一台其他牌子洗衣机洗的, 就这么保养机子小心使用,两年不到就有漏水的问题,最要命的是我买了底下搭配的迷你洗衣机,上面的机子一漏水,先不说我家洗衣机在二楼把天花板全弄坏了要找工人来修,连底下的迷你洗衣机也因为漏水,显示器进水整个机子坏掉了,而维修费用两个机子是要分开收的!!!, 我不知道当时的设计师是怎么想的,洗衣机漏水这种常见的问题,在设计这款机子的时候都没有考虑到上面的机子漏水底下的小洗衣机会遭殃吗?所以我根本就不建议购买底下搭配的迷你洗衣机!! 下面在来说一下LG让人无语的客服, 客服跟我说像漏水这些只有一年的保修期,也就是说所谓的十年保修基本就是吹的, 机身马达也就5年保修,而所有的保修不管多少钱,保修的就只是零件,只要是保修有人来就是要付服务费的, 至于服务费有两种收法,一种你自己打电话去咨询他们给的维修号码,按小时收费,维修时间费用看情况,过了一年零件还要另外出钱,另一种就是通过官方199加税,包括零件费用,不记时服务,反正只要你购买了产品不管如何只要需要售后就要先出钱才能上门给你服务。 一般情况下电话客服会先教你自己进行检测,无法解决就会要你出钱请客服, 而电话客服基本是废的, 他们压根不能帮你解决问题, 因为我们通过电话客服无法解决问题,付了服务费,上门的技工来到基本是什么也没修,跟我们说漏水是因为柔顺剂那条管塞住了,这种问题很常见,因为它们的机子这个设计有问题,口很大管道很小,这个问题很常见,而电话客服是可以帮我们检测出来的,但是他们没有,所以我们就白白出了检测费,让技工上门清理了一下柔顺剂管道,就这样花了两百多,其次,上门的技工对机型的培训也是不行,他来我们家拆洗衣机盖的时候,非常暴力的敲打我们家的洗衣机盖子,然后往后推,说是这样拆的,十几下后,在我怀疑机子都快被敲烂了之后,我跟他说是不是还有螺丝,他才发现洗衣盒拿出来有螺丝,可见他们公司压根不培训,最基本的常识都没有,对维修的机型一点也不熟悉,估计是外包给其他公司的。 一开始电话客服说会一起维修底下的迷你洗衣机跟看要怎么解决我的天花板,说会拍照,但是技工只是修了一下上面的洗衣机,底下洗衣机看都不看,拍照也是随便一张就走了,完了还没有上传给公司。因为我时候等了一个星期,也没有客服联系我怎么解决我的迷你洗衣机,最后我打给客服,跟他说我出了两百多不必要的钱,他们才说会派人免费帮我修底下的洗衣机,本来是要在收费的,然后等了一个星期可能水干了,底下洗衣机突然可以开了,打给客服说不用来了,但是毕竟坏过怕再坏了, 当时还跟我说会帮我一起注册在档案里,如果维修后有什么问题90天内可以免费再次上门。 接着我就用了三次不到又开始漏水了,这下底下的迷你洗衣机彻底坏了,我打去客服说是会安排人过来,约好了时间后等了一星期,到时间没人来,当天打去客服问情况,跟我说电脑系统有问题,隔天给我电话回复,隔天依旧没有打给我, 我打过去,客服态度突然变得非常恶劣,跟我说这个柔顺剂管坏掉是我使用不当,说我没有定时排放污水,事实是那天维修后我就用了洗衣机专用的清洁剂清洁机身,然后放了污水,才用了三次不到,然后客服又说再派人来要再次收费,可是之前明明是他们自己说90天内有问题会免费维修,反正就是各种推卸责任说是我们使用问题,派人来,我不会用洗衣机也解决不了,还说我买的柔顺剂有问题,我们家用的是是面上最常见的两大牌子,怎么不说机子设计有问题,反正就是说要在出钱才能过来检查,还说底下的迷你洗衣机不包括!!要在额外出钱,之前都答应了会一起修,客服还说有帮我注册在一个档案里,结果压根没有。在客服一系列恶劣的态度后,我让他帮我转他的部门经理,然后他态度突然180度转变说帮我约时间。而之前一直是我老公在跟他沟通,我老公是加拿大本地人压根不存在沟通问题,后来我看不下去,换我跟客服沟通说找经理客服才帮忙预约时间,接着我希望他转给经理,我跟他说我很不满意他的客服,然后他让我等了半个小时都没联系上经理,说会改天打给我,讲真他有没有真的帮我联系我是不知道,于是我又重新打了一次客服说希望找经理解决问题,第二次打通客服转给上级部门,我跟他反应服务问题他压根不理我,直接略过问题,跟我讨论维修的事,然后又开始跟我说,上门只能修一个机子,两个要收两次钱,后来我跟他说难道就没有任何记录两个机子一起注册免费维修吗?他才跟我说这次免费一起修,下次在漏水我要自己出两次钱,意思是90天内出现问题都不负责了。我最后又提了一次客服问题他才一点都不在乎的态度。还很不耐烦的跟我说会跟上级反应。 反正整个售后维修的态度简直就是让人无语到极点!!!连基本的漏水都修不好,还要跟我说在再次上门有问题就算90天内也要我自己在出钱维修, 真不知道他们对客人的价值观是什么,也不知道他们的技工究竟有没有受过专业的训练,反正我在也不可能买它们家任何产品了!!!
