    Do not, I repeat, do not buy these earphones. I ordered the first set which took about 3 weeks to arrive and when they did, they were broken. I complained and they were kind enough to send a replacement and guess what? That set was malfunctioning. It won’t connect to our apple devices and for the one it connected to, it had a deafening buzzing sound that made it impossible to hear whatever you’re listening to. I’ve just wasted my time and money on these. just buy the real thing.

    Great value for the price. The product works as advertised. I was initially confused on how to unit with my phone. I was able to connect with the seller and they were able to assist me in timely manner.

  • Waste of money and my time

    Used the for a few calls. I had been meaning to try them again sooner since they didn’t work on my last call. Today I tried again and they didn’t work. I thought that since they were on Best Buy site I was getting a good product. I should have read the reviews and the small print on returns. I need them to talk to a friend in a care home doing a window visit hands free. Too bad Best Buy allow these products on their site. It’s very misleading.
