Little Tikes First Washer-Dryer Play Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little lady loves playing with the Little Tikes Dryer. She always helps me with laundry and loves the fact she has her own washer. The dryer came with 3 cute laundry baskets, detergent, and cute little clothes.

My 18 mos old loves helping with laundry so I got this for him to do his own. It's smaller than I expected but it's a good size for him. He was interested in it for a few days but hasn't really played with it as much as I hoped. Part of that is just his short attention span and his natural tendency to play with anything but toys, and part of it is that the door is hard for him to open without help and the sound stopped working after very little use. Maybe it needs new batteries. I haven't bothered to change them because they didn't last long to begin with and I doubt he'll be interested enough to make it worth it. Bottom line, I wouldn't buy this again.

Also a gift for the grandkids, but very hard for my 3 yr old granddaughter to use! Why so tiny! All the pictures show them placed on a base! If this was a little taller it would receive a 5 star review this is the cutest out of the collection I purchased, I tried to upgrade their kitchen play area, and I am not sure I made the correct decision, previous little tikes purchases seemed more durable, as a childcare teacher, I would not recommend this for a daycare, unless it is a supervised area, but will do for grandmas house,

My 2.5 year old is really enjoying the washer dryer. It’s super easy to assemble and the features are very realistic (such as the sounds and the tumbler). Comes with several baskets, clothes, and even a cute detergent bottle. Overall a nice concept and size for this age group. Fun toy!

He loves pretending to help do the laundry and I feel like it’s also teaching him to be more responsible and learn chores early. The play set has so many realistic features of a real washer/dryer. My little one places his own clothes in the “washer” and pretends to wash them and dry them. It even has a cute faux backsplash that gives a realistic laundry room feel. I love everything about this laundry play set and so does my little one! I would definitely recommend it!
