Just purchased and installed this mouse yesterday. It's amazing to say the least. The only thing I wish I could do is program the large buttons as I would like to use the 3 for left, middle, and right clicking, instead of the wheel, hopefully it could happen with a firmware update. For now, there are plenty of other programmable buttons to make up for that.

Logitech earning back its top manufacturer spot

Was a fan of logitech in the 2000s, but got disappointed following a few of their mices and keyboards dying really quickly on me. Happy to see them come back with 3 years warranty products with affordable price tags yes giving you all the features of similar specialized mice. Would recommend to anyone, and when its on sale its a no-brainer if you play mmos or games that need many buttons

Precise, smooth, but made for bigger hands

Bought this mouse for the programmable buttons, and not for gaming. You can program the buttons to perform other keystrokes with pauses between the keys - works great. Unfortunately, some other issues hold this back for me: Pros: - Movement is very precise, and configurable for both vertical and horizontal movement. - Software works well - Top buttons are easy to push with little resistance, while side buttons are hard to hit by accident - The programmable backlighting is useless, but very fun! Cons: - You really need bigger hands to make good use of this. Most of the thumb buttons were inaccessible without looking, and uncomfortable to reach. From my experience, only the middle 6 could be reached without looking or stretching. It just feels like there should have been less buttons, with more spacing between them. Unfortunately for my use, the constant thumb movement to hit the side buttons resulted in some pain in the lower half of my thumb. The thumb grid is about 2 inches inches long, and there is just too much reaching required to get at them all. For people with bigger hands it may be fine, but if you are used to smaller mice or you use your fingertips to control movement, you will need to look elsewhere

Love at first hold

I'm a skeptical, pessimist. I usually see the negatives in everything but if your still unsure don't second guess it anymore. Its absolutely amazing. I have mine set in 3 different modes.. With 3 different colour layouts to tell them apart. Purple and Teal go amazing with the black matte smooth plastic. Dpi settings are customizable via the Logitech software. The 3rd click counts as CTRL so that means if you click it by accident nothing will happen. I DONT LIKE THE CORD though.. just saying. But other than that it will please you if your a hard core gamer or even if you wanna utilize 36+ buttons for Dj programs, Photoshop, Hot keys, Etc. Got mine on sale too... :) Cheers!

Big Advantages

The G600 is ergonomically correct and features a third top button, which was a huge selling point for me. It feels expensive and high quality with each click, and has a braided smooth gliding cord. It's marketed towards MMO, but it will work well in ANY situation! It will transform your gaming experience!

Very Good Gaming Mouse

I have had this mouse for about 6 months now and I'm not into MMO's much but I must say it is phenomenal. It's got a good GUI for tweaking the settings (which there are lots of) and it feels and plays really well. I've used this mouse for some MMO's but mostly RTS's (it works pretty well with them because of all the buttons). I've tried it out with some FPS's and I find it just as good as the dedicated FPS mouse that logitech has. Overall, fantastic mouse and for the price, it's worth it.

Best mouse I've ever had.

I've tested the razer naga for a week and I thought it was OK but the buttons weren't as clear when it came to feeling. The way the numbers are angled really help for me on the logitech g600. This mouse is awesome for any MMORPG or even PvP. I would totally recommend the mouse. If you have a small hand might be a bit harder. My hand is medium I would say and fits just right. Claw form. The leds are also very good. Not too many choices to do with the lights. But it has all of the lights. Great mouse.

Amazing mouse overall. A little bit big and unwieldy, but i have really small hands and have no trouble using all the keys, nor does my large handed friend. The G18 through G20 can be a little hard to hit with small hands for those who use the claw style. It is responsive, easy to use, and logitechs software is a dream to use. Not just good for gaming either, The keys beside the scroll wheel are great for browsing, and if you are a student or work in an office the G keys can be bound with shortcuts for virtually any program, or even just cut and paste.

Not a huge fan of this mouse next to the Naga I replaced with it, but mostly do to preference; it's a good mouse. The strange shape of the mouse pad is beyond getting used to. It's over-thought, and not as easy to use as the nagas. If you're playing shooters with this mouse make sure your thumbgrid isn't bound to anything for them because you are bound to accidentally hit one of the binds while you're whipping your mouse around; the only way to move it around is using thumb and pinky pressure because all of the top realestate is taken up by its sensitive 3 mouse buttons including the G-shift which is frustrating to hover your finger over all of the time without pressing it down; especially if your mouse hand leans a little to the right like mine does. It shares the same control GUI as other logitech peripherals you have installed; in this case my G19, and if you want to set up reactive came profiles like with the naga standalone you have to set up those profiles with your keyboard as well. I just ended up changing my binds in shooters and whatnot to keep the thumbgrid clear. Beyond that, good looking mouse, sturdy, very responsive. Definitely an MMO mouse, rather than a precision control starcraft or shooter mouse. But, as users of the naga will know, once you've had that 12 buttons at your thumb, it's infuriating to lose them.

Excellent Mouse

Picked this mouse up a little over a month ago from best buy for gaming age of conan, at first I hated it, almost took it back. So hard to get used to all the buttons and the 3rd mouse click on top. BUT! hold out give yourself a good 3-5 days of use and these side buttons will start becoming natural. Once you get used to it i dont know how i ever played without them. For anyone looking at the side of this thing and going "there are far too many buttons on the side for me i dont want this". Its really only 6, the mouse looks designed for a bigger hand and a smaller hand.( first 2 rows for bigger, second 2 rows for smaller) so you could use all 12 buttons on the side of the mouse but you would have to adjust how you hold the mouse everytime. I hope this helps anyone curious about buying it. It definatly takes some getting used to but it responds very well and makes any mmo player alot better by offering a ton of hotkeyable buttons. ( and yes its very simple to assign keys )

Awesome mouse

Very good for games like league of legends and terraria

Logitech G600

Very comfortable mouse for palm grip. Fits my hand like a glove. larger size makes this a better choice over the naga for palm grip. Side buttons are also much easier to accurately press due to the bevel on buttons. Only thing it's missing is a microgear switch like on the G9 to enable "free spin" scroll wheel. The wheel on this mouse is incremental scrolling only

Great mouse.

After getting this as a present i was un-sure if i was going to enjoy it because i didn't think due to my fat fingers it would work best for me but i was wrong it works percfectly. The 12 side buttons are easy to tell which is which because of how they are shaped the g-shift button is a bit odd to get used 2 but that'll just take time. It's a great mouse and it has a good amount of weight to it to not justify needing weights.
