Pass on this product

I only picked up this product from Best Buy on June 21 and already the USB will intermittently disconnect causing my keyboard and mouse to be completely useless. I need to jiggle the USB a few times a day, only not even three months later, to have it reconnect. Going to try to exchange this as I'd hope the one I have is a lemon. I usually love Logitech products but I can't have my keyboard and mouse stop working when I'm hosting live.

not the old MK360 combo with unifying receiver

No unifying receiver, mouse is particularly bad, even with an usb extension to keep receiver 3 inches away, still lags. MK360 used to have unifying receiver and a different mouse (believe M2xx, this is M1xx). This should NOT be called MK360, at least label it MK360E something. The mouse is a deal breaker, and the wireless keyboard alone is not worth 30 bucks

As mentioned before, it doesn't come with a unifying receiver. It doesn't even CONNECT to a unifying receiver. No encryption, no anything... this is a just a bare frills keyboard and crappy mouse.

Doesn't come with unifying receiver!!!!!!!

The combo didn't come with unifying receiver where is Bestbuy claiming it comes with unifying receiver. Even in the sore representative told the same thing. Really frustrating. My question is from where Bestbuy is sourcing this combo? Is it really from Logitech?

Mouse Lags & Keyboard doesn't work sometimes

- had to turn on off on the keyboard for it to work - mouse had major lag issue even after adjusting pointer speed, sometimes i missed a click or wrong thing gets clicked - keyboard stops working randomly - mouse is smaller than average so keep that in mind when you buy i was happy with this though

Works great with Steam Link

I wanted an affordable wireless keyboard and mouse to use with my Steam Link so I could play my favorite PC games from the couch. So far this has worked out perfectly. My only complaint is that the batteries are not rechargeable.

Description wrong ... not a 'Unifying Receiver'

I bought this because the description says it comes with a 'Logitech Unifying Receiver". It does not. Logitech Unifying Receiver means the little receiver, the mouse and the keyboard must all have the little orange logo with the white flower in it. Nothing in this combo has that. I contacted Logitech and told me that 'Unified Receiver' means it has the little orange logo which means you can download the software from Logitech ans add other peripherals to the receiver. This one does not have that. I'm sure they keyboard and mouse work fine but what is in the box is not what the description leads you to believe.

connection issue

This keyboard is not the one with "unifying" receiver K360, so no way for me to connect to another device. And the connection of this keyboard definitely have an issue as sometimes the keyboard just totally frozen and won't allow you to type. It's not worth it and I went to return it!!!

great keyboard

Have been using this keyboard all day every day for 4 years. Batteries last about 2 years. Smaller size is good. Does everything I need really well for business, internet, and general computer use. If this keyboard ever breaks I'll buy the same one again.

As my title says, this combo does NOT come with the unifying receiver or compatible with one. Just a plain nano set up.

Ok product for a reasonable price

This review comes from a web developers perspective. I type a lot. This keyboard and mouse combo is decent for those who are not constantly typing or using the mouse. Both serve their purpose. I found the keys to be a little too stiff, and due to the compact design, the arrow keys are in a bit of an awkward spot (mind you I am use to this layout for laptops). The mouse functions, but does lag a bit and is also a little on the small side. Not extremely accurate, but will probably suffice for most. Overall, if you are looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse at a reasonable price point, than this will probably work well for you. If you have the money to spend, I would look at the logitech solar powered wireless keyboard(K750). The Logitech M510 is also a nice mouse. Hope that helps!

Terribly Small

Bought 2 for work. Very small and keys have been squeezed too tight. Returned both

Looks can be deceiving

I purchased this in-store, however I have to say buyer beware. The product sold is not the one you actually get. Although this does look like the Logitech K360 keyboard, it's not the one that has the Unifying receiver. The Unifying version has all the programmable F-keys, this one does not. When I tried to pair it with my existing receiver the SetPoint software told me it was not compatible. Either BestBuy or Logitech have messed up, because this was not the product I thought I purchased. I will be returning it this afternoon.
