- only missing one thing- August 7, 2018
I love this device. It has excellent sound quality, it's comfortable to wear, and the microphone works great. It is missing one thing to be perfect in my mind... the unifying receiver. Hopefully the next generation has that built in. being able to switch between my tablet (Bluetooth) and computer(wireless receiver) is extremely convenient, but as ports decrease having a receiver for my mouse and keyboard(unify) and this device is annoying. I would still recommend this product to anyone looking for a office handset that is reasonably priced and works great. To top it off it has Bluetooth and a traditional wireless receiver which is really nice.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Excellent Low Cost Cordless VOIP Headset- June 5, 2016
I was looking for a comfortable cordless headset to connect to my laptop; this unit is fantastic. It works with Bluetooth built-in to my laptop, or I can use the USB dongle if the Bluetooth doesn't work or is unavailable on a given machine. For the cost, it is a solid unit that I highly recommend. The only criticism that I can place on this unit is that the dingle doesn't have a slit to store with the headset itself when transporting, so it need be kept on your person or connected to the intended machine of use. I travel and would have preferred that it be like Microsoft mouse I have where I am able to store the USB dongle in the mouse itself.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Supports BOTH bluetooth and supplied dongle- August 5, 2015
I had a pair of these for about a year and they got lost/stolen. I like them because they support both the supplied dongle (which I use at my work PC to listen to music and attend conference calls, but doesn't support bluetooth), and with my laptop (which has built-in bluetooth). Thus I had no hesitation buying a new one to replace the lost one. This works for both. The only flaw I had with my previous one is that the battery had started to fade, it would only hold a charge long enough for about 3-4 hours of listening. The new one is good for about 6-7 hours. Time will tell if it fades over time as well. Replacement batteries can be found online.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
