- Buying the download of Microsoft Flight Sim 2020.- October 14, 2020
This will be more a review of Bestbuy because I was not able to Download the program. I went through the paperwork of buying and paying for the download but when I clicked on the Download button, nothing happened. The download didn’t start and I was left with no options. I contacted the online help and the person that I talked to didn’t seem to understand what the problem was or didn’t believe me when I told him that the down load didn’t work. Right now I have nothing but a visa bill and no program. I ended up trying the Microsoft store and the program was downloaded . No one seems to care that Best Buy didn’t deliver.

Report - Great gift for spouse- December 29, 2020
I had to re-request the email with the activation code to be sent to me, but they were quick to send it once they received it. Due to the current pandemic and it being Christmas I had to wait awhile for it to be resent, but I got it well before Christmas and was able to give it to my husband as his main gift.
