I only use these mice

I have one of these at home and at work. Use my work mouse for about 7 hours a day (if accounting for time I'm using the keyboard instead), and Duracell/Energizer batteries last me 2-3 months at a time. I used to use rechargeable batteries, but I changed them so little, I kept losing them haha. Over the last year, I've been having scrolling issues with both of them (jumping up and down when scrolling up), but since I've had them for almost 10 years before the issue started to happen, and A LOT of people are having this issue, I think it's a windows issue and not the mouse itself. It is frustrating when scrolling up though; really hope MS fixes the issue (not likely, but one can hope). I'd buy the same thing if either of these broke. One note though, they are on the smaller side, so if you have larger hands, this mouse might not be comfortable for you.

Excellent mouse for your money

I've had this mouse for several years now. It has worked without any problems. Tracking is smooth and accurate on every surface I've used it on. Battery life is excellent, and I'm only using cheap alkalines. The receiver plugs in firmly and comes out without a fight. The design is great, it fits nicely into my large hands. The scroll wheel gives nice feedback; it's one of those types that bumps when you scroll, and it scrolls ON the bump (not a little before or a little after, right ON it). I cannot stand the new fad of having the scroll wheel spin freely! The mouse wheel clicks, and it does so with the right amount of force. Not so easy that you're accidentally clicking when you don't mean to. Not so hard that when you're pushing you accidentally scroll. After several years of use, the glue starts to wear away. The rubber on the sides is starting to come away. One of the pads on the bottom lifted at one corner and started to cause a light, irritating scraping. Those are really the only downsides, and it took a good long while before I started having those issues. Right now I'm looking for the identical twin to this mouse that runs on Bluetooth...

Great Mouse

I bought this mouse to replace the wired mouse that came with my HP Pavilion Elite HPE desktop computer. I have been using it for about two weeks and it has performed flawlessly. The mouse driver loaded instantly and the mouse was up and running in less than 30 seconds. The mouse tracks perfectly on my mouse pad, desk top, and even the blanket on my bed. I have smaller than average hands and the size and shape of the mouse are perfect for me. If I needed a replacement mouse for another computer I would buy this mouse again.

Bad Mouse

Bought this on sale for [price]. Seemed like a good deal and a good mouse. Within a few days the wheel stopped working. The pointer is also kind of shaky while scrolling.

Great mouse

Great mouse I have had one of these before this is my second one I always had great results. battery life should last about one month but the tracking technology is amazing I usually use rechargeable batteries in mine

I got it for good price but the mouse was not good

The problem with this mouse might be specific to my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 11s) but the laptop transmitter must have interfered with mouse transmitter (both working at 2.4Ghz). Scrolling was jerky and mouse was not very responsive at all on my laptop. Microsoft software provided with the mouse is good as it allows to customize buttons etc. Overall nice looking mouse, price seems good. It just did not work well with my computer

Great tracking Technology but poor battery life

The mouse does well tracking on different surfaces with Microsoft's BlueTrack technology and comes with a nice nano receiver. However, the mouse doesn't come anywhere close to the claimed 8 months of battery life, it usually lasts about a month (with alkaline batteries), I noticed unlike other wireless mice this mouse doesn't sleep or turn itself off it when not in use (does have a dedicated switch so you can turn it off). Also, after a few months of use, the scroll wheel has gotten finicky. The buttons have a very prominent click sound to them, some people love this and others hate. Overall, the mouse delivers in terms of performance and ergonomics in a budget friendly package but the shorter battery life and average build quality affects the overall experience.
