    I bough the Microsoft Surface Pro X on a Black Friday sale. The item took two and half weeks to deliver. I had to reach out the seller to make my order was going to be fulfilled. The product showed up in minimal packaging and when opened the sleeve with the surface pro x, the screen was cracked from edge to edge. Fortunately I am able to return the product. However the inconvenience caused by having to print and process the return label as well as driving across the city to drop off at postal service, was far from optimal. I would not recommend this seller, the process was very untimely and poorly managed.
