I've always been a mophie fan. While their prices are a bit high, the quality and customer service make it worthwhile. A few years ago, I had an old mophie battery case that I'd broken. It was well past the warranty. On the off chance they could fix it, so my daughter could use it on our hand-me-down iphone, I wrote them to see what they'd charge. They asked me for the date of purchase and such, and after telling them it was well over 2 years old and I didn't even remember where I bought it, they sent me a box to ship it to them for free anyway. Then sent me a brand new one! How can you NOT love a company with customer service like that? Thanks mophie!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I HAVE THE 6+ & ON THE GO ALL THE TIME. NO TIME TO PLUG & WAIT. I CAN CHARGE ON THE RUN. NOT MANY CHARGERS TO CHOOSE FROM THAT ARE SLEEK & NOT SO BULKY EASY TO GET OUT OF WHEN CHANGING. DON'T BUY THIS CASE FOR 24/7PROTECTION, LIMITED. I CHANGE CASES OFTEN- SLIPPING OUT OF 1 INTO ANOTHER LIKE CHANGING CLOTHES. WATERPROOF CASE FOR THE BEACH (CATALYST 16FT SUBMERGED# TO A CASE 4 THE OFFICE TO PROTECT FROM THE DROPS * COFFEE SPILLS. #LIFEP NUUD# WHILE OUT IN THE FIELD #BALLISTIC). I purchased this case for my trip to Mexico to make sure I had a little extra backup battery. I bought it a week before I left. It stopped working right before we went to the airport (that morning). The case suddenly was not recognizable by my iPhone. It would charge itself, but when I put my iPhone in I got a message saying the device was not apple approved and may not work correctly. Well it didn't do anything, much less work correctly. i kept trying all week and nothing. If I am paying 100 bucks for a CASE it should last at least a year. At least. Weak sauce won't ever buy mophie again, their cases last 6 months on the good side or 1 week if you are like me.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

- The IMEI or Serial number of your product
Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
