- Let’s start from the- March 11, 2022
Let’s start from the fact that I am a coffee snob and always wanted to have coffee machine at home.I have looked through a lot of brands and finally decided to get Nespresso coffee machine and undoubtedly , this is the best decision I have ever made. Flip up drip tray is one of the main advantages. Area that catches the empty pods is big enough for 6-7 pods. Water reservoir is pretty small, but it is even good, as you add fresh water instead of using stagnant water. Machine is easy to use. I even got the pod samples along with my order and I am totally impressed by the quality of the espresso. It tastes aaamazing! I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves coffee!
- Overall good- December 8, 2018
This small coffee machine is a space saver. The machine is a perfect personal office coffee machine. But definitely not a machine to rely on if you want to make coffee for 3-4 people in the same time. If I was buying it for my home I would have considered a more powerful and large machine. Something that you should keep in mind if you are an espresso person like me that the pods compatible with the machine are not cheap. In my opinion a traditional espresso machine will provide with a be better espresso. But this machine will definitely make your life easy away from the traditional espresso preparation and cleaning hassles.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Better than Keurig!- December 2, 2017
I’ve been wanting to buy this for some time now but since I already own a Keurig I can’t justify myself to buy another coffee machine. However it went on sales for $99 with the frother, I had to pull the trigger. Nespresso makes so much better coffee than keurig. They have some newer models that are smaller, but I would say this model is better since the drip tray folds up to fit bigger cups. It’s definitely a feature to pay attention to when comparing this to the newer but smaller models. -1 Star only because it’s soooo loud. I thought it was broken at first but when I looked up videos online, they all sound the same.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Great coffee with little work- November 3, 2018
I’m a big coffee guy but sitting down and waiting for a press or getting the manual espresso machine isn’t always possible. This thing is perfect for those moments. I can make a quick americano and be out the door. The little aerator it comes with is pretty cool too. Makes really great foam for a good cappuccino. My only complaint is the amount of water it holds (barely 2 cups of coffee worth) and the spout is a bit close to the machine so the espresso will drip onto the lip of the cup and make a mess with certain mugs.. I generally just use a shot glass and add the espresso in which solves the problem.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Works as expected- December 3, 2017
Bought this to replace a DeLonghi espresso machine that was a manual type. This automated machine is so much easier and takes up less counter space, it even fits under the counter. I LOVE the milk frother it comes with! It does really dense foam for cappuccinos (I was really impressed with the density of the foam), and steamed milk (with less-dense foam) for lattes. Happy with the purchase so far, but I'm curious as to how long the machine will last -- this one is less expensive because it has plastic parts. So if you plan to use the machine ALOT you may consider getting one that has steel parts.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
