Awesome imagery
  • Take a 24.3-megapixel FX-format CMOS full frame image sensor, connect it with the EXPEED 4 image processing engine, and what do you get? Pure awesomeness. More specifically, you'll enjoy fast frame rates, low noise, and a wide ISO range between ISO 100 and ISO 12,800 (expandable up to ISO 51,200).
  • It's your son's first-ever ride in a go-kart at the carnival, and as he and his dad go whizzing around the track you use the D750's 51-point AF system with 15 cross-type sensors to capture clear shots of his ear-to-ear grin.
  • The 6.5fps rapid-fire shooting at full resolution ensures you get the perfect photo of your little guy flinging his arms up in the air as they go racing by.
  • 3D Colour Matrix Metering III with a 91,000-pixel RG sensor provides excellent colour reproduction and light metering.
Videos you can't wait to share
  • Record footage of your boy's fun day at the carnival in Full HD 1080 at 60, 50, 30, 25, or 24p and create cinematic masterpieces that'll look amazing on your big-screen TV.
  • What does a zebra and the D750 have in common? Striping! Zebra striping in Highlight Display feature makes it simple to confirm exposure and get the look you want.
  • Turn your family video into a professional-grade movie with the ability to manually control ISO, shutter speed, and aperture while recording. You can also use Power Aperture control for smooth iris transitions and Auto ISO for smooth exposure transitions.
Easy sharing through WiFi
  • The built-in WiFi makes it a snap to transfer photos and videos to your smartphone or tablet. Upload your special moments to social media and watch the likes and compliments come flooding in.
  • With the D750's wireless technology you can use your smartphone or tablet as a remote monitor and control. When it's time to leave the carnival you can capture the entire family in the perfect group shot.
Get the right viewing angle
  • The carnival's pretty crowded, so instead of elbowing people aside to take a shot of your kid on a mini roller coaster you employ the D750's tilting Vari-angle LCD display. By twisting the 3.2" 1,229K screen you can raise it up high and shoot over the heads of the people in front of you.
  • The LCD screen also allows you to change certain settings while shooting so you can adjust settings on the fly without having to dive deep into the settings menu.
The whole kit and caboodle
  • This kit includes: Nikon D750 camera body, AFS 24-120mm VR lens, strap, battery, battery charger, USB cable, cable clip, body cap, shoe cover, eyepiece, eyecup, and CD ROM.
  • The D750 is compatible with FX and DX NIKKOR lenses and the Nikon Creative Lighting System of i-TTL Speedlights.

I am coming from a Nikon D7000 and was really finding it lacking in low light indoor sports shooting i.e. basketball in gyms. I found I had to boost the ISO to as least 3200 with the 85mm 1.8g lens to get about 1/500s. Pictures were noisy especially when cropping. Even with noise reduction software such as PS, the pics were not satisfactory. I have had the D750 for two weeks now. I am really impressed. I am able to take decent, hand held shots to ISO 12800. Last night I took pictures of small pinewood cars racing on an indoor sloped track. I needed to get about 1/1000s to freeze them and used about f2.8 or f4.0 for some depth of field with the 85mm 1.8g Nikkor lens.. I needed to boost ISO to about 10000. The pics impressed me. This would have been impossible with the D7000. The kit lens is not bad. It's pretty heavy. It distorts at both ends. I has pretty serious vignetting but these two effects can be eliminated in post. It's a handy lens to have though for general use. It's not too soft on the edges either. It's fast to focus. I haven't missed the 1/8000s shutter of the D7000 yet or the 1/250s flash sync speed. Also, I wish the D750 would do NFC or bluetooth. I get really smooth bokeh from my two 1.8 primes. Even the kit lens constant f4 gives nice bokeh. The D750 finds focuses quickly. It's not much heavier than the D7000 with a prime. I bought the SB-700 speedlight and used it to take pics of people for a photo directory. I pointed the flash upwards and was really pleased with the lack of shadow behind the subjects. I am off to photograph a basketball practice tonight so I am hoping to get some really good indoor shots with the D750.
