    Do not sign up for Ooma Office - Their customer service is awful and they will continue to charge you after requesting to close your account. I have requested my account to be closed twice and I was assured it would happen within 24 hours. A week later it is still open and I'm still being charged. I highly recommend looking for an alternative VOIP service. I DO NOT recommend Ooma Office!

    What they forget to mention is that when you setup the system you will need to buy a Number for EVERY USER in the system. So if you have 20 Staff with a phone, in Canada that would cost you 20x 25 Dollars for a neat 500 Bucks per month. Even if you only need 2 or 3 actual incoming lines and you never make more then a couple a minutes of calls per day.... 500 Buckaroos. We have 45 Staff and when asked, they told me 1125 Bucks per month. Nothing we can do about it. NOT WORTH IT. Even Telus is cheaper then that

    Reading some reviews, I was unsure of buying this system, but since they have a 30 day return policy and it is a no contract service, I thought I would give it a try. Once I got the system in the mail, it took me a matter of 5-10 minutes to setup. They sold me a yealink ip phone with it, which also is working great. If there were issues with the system, I can tell you that I haven't experienced any. I always recommend Ooma Office to my friends who have businesses. Do your research.
