Sync Instructions

Place both AirPods in your charging case and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Delete your old Bluetooth listing in your Bluetooth settings.

Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing amber.

Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 15 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white.

Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

Shipping Details:

•Your order will be shipped out within 1 business day. However, you may not see any tracking updates until the 5th business day.

•The first part of the delivery is from our California, US warehouse to Purolator’s fulfillment center in Compton, CA. From here, it is forwarded into Canada.

• Once the shipment enters Canada, the tracking number will have information that you can readily check for updates and estimates.

Our general shipping delivery time after placing your order is 6-13 days. We package and fulfill all orders placed before 2pm PST Monday through Friday same day.
