I bought this last month after a bad experience with a competitor's version that didn't function properly. This unit is far superior! I've used the unit multiple times and have been able to recharge an iPhone 4+ times off of one charge! The rugged construction is great for taking unit on outdoor adventures. The plugs have covers to protect them from sand and the elements when not in use. This unit is living up to the OtterBox name in performance and features!

I use this to charge my iPad and iPhone when I travel and at home. It has multiple chargers in it for both devices and is reliable and works great. My family has also started using it. If you haven’t had a bigger battery pack it does take a little longer to charge and is heavier than the smaller ones I’ve had in the past but it is well worth it as I go days without charging it. It also has 4 lights that indicate the charge so there is no guessing.

Although OtterBox is known for their great phone cases this product meets the same standards. It has a good charge capacity with great anti-shock drop features. I’ve use this with my iPhone and allowed a passenger on a flight to use it with their Samsung phone and it charged both extraordinarily quickly. If you’re looking for a great battery back up option that’s not too bulky this fits the bill.

Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
