- poor instructions- January 5, 2016
Both my wife and I have used Otterbox cases before and had tested (not intentional) the cases by being dropped on concrete, and they stood up very well. So when we got new IPhone 6 we only looked & bought Otterbox cases. I got the Defender and she got the Commuter. Was disappointed in the instructions for putting on the Commuter screensaver for my wife's IPhone 6. Tried to clean the screen prior to putting on the screensaver then put it on and tried to get out the bubbles but were impossible to get out. She is just dealing with it for now but I keep hearing about the bubbles when she uses it. Not sure how long I can put up with her commentsYes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Does not fit properly- June 11, 2018
I purchased the pink rubber shell and black plastic overshell for my iPhone 6S Plus. I had a very difficult time fitting the pink shell to the iPhone because it did not align correctly with the iPhone earphone plug and the charge port. I had further difficultly snapping the black overshell onto the pink shell because the overshell kept pushing the pink shell out of place, particularly at the iPhone corners. The screen protector was a dismal failure, leaving air bubbles between the protector and the iPhone screen that could not be removed no matter how much smoothing was done. So I won't be using this product. It just didn't fit.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We all know that the Defender series of the Otterbox is very protective case but I needed something slimmer a few years ago that I liked. I tried the Commuter series and used it on my old Iphone for several years never breaking my phone once.. When we got our new Iphones by boyfriend suggested another case that was military approved. Didn't take long for my boys to break their phones on the first drop. I went straight back to my Commuter. I love the colors as well. Mine is black and teal and the one before was pink and black. Bought my kids each one and my mother. It's durable in the worst of situations and slim and pretty.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
