Cheap price that's why it is also all sold out and unavailable. Once it becomes available it is not this price anymore. Typical of Best Buy practice.

This player is an excellent all-around choice for playing 4K Blu-rays and upscaling conventional ones. As with anything, the quality of your source material determines the quality of the output - "garbage in, garbage out", as they say. I've watched a couple of high-quality conventional Blu-rays (The Wolf of Wall Street, The Dark Knight) that are almost indistinguishable from a 4K source, and of course 4K discs look amazing as well. The only downside is that the player doesn't support a lot of downloadable file formats (MKV being the most glaring omission), but unless you plan on connecting a portable SSD to play your movies, this is really a minor problem.
