Well worth the price

This is a very solid unit. I challenge anyone to find a better receiver for this price. My only concern is the remote control feels very "cheap" for lack of a better term. I feel like if I ever drop it, it will break. But all in all this unit is recommended.

Powerful Sound At a Bargain Price

At the low end of the price range there isn't a lot of competition, so it isn't hard to determine the 'best' receiver when you only want to spend a couple hundred bucks. This machine while cheap, doesn't sound it, and has some features not found in other similar priced amps. The most important feature for me was a dedicated subwoofer output. This is the only amp in this range that has one, and using a line-out on other amps leaves you constantly adjusting cross-over and volume on your subwoofer, if your sub can. Using the sub-out on this has the sub playing at just the right level, changing appropriately with the volume. Subwoofers aside, this unit is also very bassy. Using the built in bass adjustment and whatever 'P. BASS' stands for, it pushes a heavier sound than any other receiver I've used. It even properly supports 4 ohm speakers. It is well built and even around a bunch of other equipment and wires, you have to have your ear right next to a speaker to notice any hiss or noise. The bluetooth is a really handy feature, and it will switch to it automatically when you connect. I can't think of many negatives. Any features it lacks wouldn't be found on anything that isn't 2-3x the price, and at this price it exceeds all expectations.

Good value for the money

I ordered this receiver and it was delivered in just a few days. It was easy to set up and works well. The Bluetooth is a really nice feature allowing us to stream our playlists from the iphone. Good sound quality. It would of been nice to have the FM station ID show-up. I guess that feature is with the more expensive models. Overall, a good cheap choice.
