The usb receiver for this mouse broke within a few weeks of me buying it. It's poorly made and a waste of money. The 15 dollar logitec mouse I bought lasted longer and worked better than this one did

Best & favorite mouse ever used

Had this mouse for about 3-4 years and love it. Put good Duracell batteries and you won't need to change them before at least 6 months. I use it 7hrs a day every single day at work and it's awsome. Only now after 4 years I'm seing some lag in the scrolling so it may be something with mechanism. At this price, I'm buying a new one that will last 4 years again !!!

Works Great no troubles with everything

Batteries drain in 2 days

The batteries drain on this mouse in 24 - 48 hours. It uses two AA batteries in which I have now replace 3 times in the first week. Frustrating because it has great features and ergonomic.

battery life

after 2 months since June when I bought this mouse, my mouse starts to freeze and not work. I look at its battery life and I see that there is one LED lit up. I put 2 NEW DURACELL double A batteries in and it still doesn't work. I honestly don't get how this mouse works at all, everything feels great but the one thing I hate is just the battery life. Now I can't play ROBLOX for the rest of my life ):

I Like It

now im not giving 5 stars because of things like razer steeling the 5th star but, the mouse has a great feel and i use it daily. I dont understand why people are having issues with the scroll wheel i think its fine. BUY IT, you will not regret it!

Battery Life Sucks

I have to remember to turn the mouse off when I leave the office, otherwise it will be close to dead when i return the next morning. I tend to forget and after 3 days its completely dead, I've gone thru about 4 pairs of batteries in the last 30 days. Really sucks because the feel of the material and its ergonomics are really good.

Buddy hits the nail full-square

As mentioned in a recent posting, when the scroll wheel acts up one need only blow vigourously into the wheel chamber and all will be corrected. Cheers and kudos brother!

  • from Calgary, AB

works fine

I bring this with me to client locations all the time, so it gets a fair bit of wear and tear with me, and it's worked fine. I've owned it for almost a year now, and no issues. Haven't had to change the batteries yet. Cheapest ergonomic mouse I could find, so for that I think this is best bang for my buck...

Worst scroll wheel ever

Like everyone else that posted about the scrollwheel, IT IS TERRIBLE! I have no other troubles with the mouse... so far but scrolling is an exercise in futility, more often than not I resort to the sidebar for scrolling up and down otherwise I would end up smashing the mouse into tiny bits. DO NOT BUY THIS MOUSE! It is NOT worth the frustration, not even at a third of the price.

  • from Mississauga, ON

not functional any more

Now scrolls up when I scroll down at least 90% of the time. Useless!!

  • from Calgary, AB

Great at first then junk

You get what you pay for, the great feel and style of this mouse is what led me to purchase it for work, within the first month the track wheel started acting up and in a very short time could not be used at all, unfortunate. Spent the money and bought the logitech.

  • from Coquitlam, BC

Terrible quality

At first I had none of the other issues mentioned here, but then sure enough after a couple weeks the scrolling issues started. It would scroll for no reason and then refuse to scroll at other times. Despite this I enjoyed using the mouse. However, fast froward a couple months, and now I cant even move the mouse after 5 minutes of use. DO NOT BUY

"Tracks on glass"

"Tracks on glass", and apparently nothing else, unless your surface is perfectly flat, and not shiny, it is the most spastic mouse. If it's for home office with a mouse pad, you should be fine, it's very comfy. If you want it for your laptop and want to use it on anything else, don't. Awful mouse.

4 months into daily use the scroll wheel now scrolls with a mind of its own. For every time I try to scroll down on a page it will scroll up twice as much. Do not recommend.

Do Not Buy.

Exact same issues as above. Do not purchase.

  • from Scarborough, ON

GREAT mouse

all round a great ergonomic mouse with one complaint, sometimes the scroll wheel goes down for no reason

  • from Lethbridge, AB

horrible mouse

The mouse seems to have a mind of its own. its waking up my computer on its own. trying to scroll down a page with this mouse is impossible as randomly when scrolling down it scrolls up. definitely don't recommend especially when a 20 dollar mouse functions better.

  • from Vancouver

Terrible scroll wheel

Super comfy mouse. Great amount of buttons etc. Terrible scroll wheel. Scroll down and it will go down but every 3 or 4 clicks, it will go up for one click, and/or decide you're really trying to middle button click so it will do that.

  • from Sudbury, ON

Very good mouse

I did have a problem with the scroll wheel, but I JUST HAD TO BLOW into the scroll wheel and it actually fixed it. other than that a very good product :)

  • from Whitby, ON

good as a five button mouse

actually the mouse has 7 buttons but the extra two are not customizeable with 3rd party software. this is a disappointment.

  • from Victoria, BC

platinum wireless laser mouse

I've only got one word. Terrible. Overpriced and buggy - the main irritant is a dodgy scroll wheel that thinks you've pressed the scroll button half the time, sending your webpages scrolling madly up or down at random times. Design looks like a straight up rip off of logitech's MX series, which is a far superior product to this POS. Save yourself the aggravation and skip this mouse

  • from Montreal, Qc

Great, but fragile

A great mouse overall. Incredibly comfortable. However it is also very fragile. If you are the clumsy type, pay a lot of attention to that mouse because after dropping it a few times, it is going to behave erratically unlike cheaper mouses.

  • from Halifax, NS

immedeatly awful

the mouse wheel feels awful to scroll and will click while scrolling or by a light touch. it is an active hindrance to usability

  • from Edmonton, AB

worked good for a short while...

...then the scroll wheel got all stuttery and it goes in any direction it wants now. I won't be buying anything from this company again, first impression ruined for sure. rubbish mouse. I'd give a zero,if zero was an option.

  • from Edmonton, AB

horrible mouse

save your money and skip this product. worked fine for about 3 weeks and then the scroll wheel just does what it wants. scroll down and the thing scrolls up and then down and then up again. frustrating to the point that i may just throw it out.

Absolute []

Purchased on April 02, 2016 for full price, thinking that a higher-end mouse would have less problems then the low-end mouse I had, but the stupid thing started acting up at the end of May: 1. Scroll button has a mind of it's own, when scrolling up or down, it will decide to ignore the direction you want and go the other direction for a bit. 2. The two thumb-buttons on the top left side sometimes work and sometimes don't. Save your money and buy a rock instead

  • from Waterloo, ON

scrolling the wheel generates middle button clicks

very annoying. It may be a good mouse only if you know how to disable middle button clicks in your OS.

  • from Montreal

Same problem than JP

Very good for... a couple of weeks After which, the scrolling wheel started acting crazy either going up then down then up relentlessly; mouse now totally useless. Do not buy.

Just got mine today and love it. I've never had a mouse that is as comfortable as this one. Don't let the cheap price fool you. It's worth every penny. For the guy who lost his receipt... My Best Buy sends me an additional receipt via email so there's never a problem if I have something to return.

  • from Toronto, ON

A great buy

love it! it's laser and works more precisely. works well on my glass desk. that's why i always wanted a laser mouse that can work on all surfaces and this is it but much cheaper than i thought.

  • from Oshawa, ON
