Sounds great

Purchased this weekend sounds great. Didn't want something too loud or over powering this fit the bill nicely. If your looking for loud and lots of base this is not for you if you looking for a good tv speaker upgrade this is great.Clear vocals and nice mid base speech sounds well on movies as well

Nice look but some issues

We researched the idea of having a sounder over a surround system because systems seemed to be fading our as a choice and we now live in a condo. The Polk name is synonymous with quality so we were drawn to it especially after seeing this item reduced for sale. We brought it home and set up our PVR using the optical cable and paired our Apple TV using Bluetooth. After playing with the system while watching tv we went to bed shutting everything down. Shortly after going to bed the system began turning itself on so after 5 times we pulled the plug and left it until morning when we returned the unit in exchange for another of the same. We brought it home and paired and hooked up the same. Right away when playing the Apple TV through Bluetooth (only way possible to connect with this bar) there was an annoying popping noise coming from the speaker. We unpaired, repaired and even reset the Apple TV and no change. I shut the unit off to go about my afternoon and on it came again and again. It seems something in our 4K PVR makes the unit come on constantly and the Apple TV paired by Bluetooth makes for a lousy and annoying sound. We returned to buy an LG system and so far it works great.

Decent entry level sound bar

It's a really nice improvement from my mediocre TV speakers. For this price, it's worth it. Better have a bluetooth TV. And you can use to listen to music through your smart phone For me, it does a good job for what it is (and the reduced price).

Good all-in-one

A great improvement over my TV speakers and a good match for a smaller living room as it has nice sound but is not overpowering. The built-in-sub-woofer is a bonus as I didn't want my room cluttered with a/v equipment. I deducted one star for the flimsy little remote and the limited features available when paired with my universal remote (can only program power, volume up and down - no mute).
