Polysleep PolyCool™ Antimicrobial Foam Mattress Topper – 100% Made in Canada with ¼” Kulkote® Cooling Layer

The first Polycool Topper that was shipped to me had black mold around the edges of it and a very large, ugly yellow stain on the white side of it. I sent photographs and another one was sent but it meant about another three weeks to get the product. The next one, again, had the same, large yellow stain on the white side of it that looks like a sweat stain from somepne who previously had used the item before it was sent to me! I let Polysleep know and it assured me that the item was not a used item but that it must have been "contaminated". However, it has still not corrected the problem. At this point I want my money back rather than a new one and will take it to the Better Business Bureau. I am very unhappy. Polysleep admitted that the product must have been contaminated and then did nothing about it.

J’ai mon matelas zéphyr king que j’aime beaucoup, mais le polycool arrive en deux morceau, première déception. Et la prétendu fonction du polycool ne me semble pas fonctionner….. dutout, deuxième déception. En bref le polycool me fais l’impression d’une simple couche de mousse en plus !!!!
