Contemporary Bookcase Headboard - Double/Queen - Black

I got this product a few weeks ago and during the assembly, I found that the vertical centre pieces packaged on which the horizontal platform would rest were not mirror images of each other as they should have been but were the exact same, so to finish up the assembly, I had to drill holes where they should have been on the flip side of one of the vertical boards. I absolutely like this product, my only suggestion is that the people involved in packaging the items that make up the structure should be careful when packaging it to avoid double packing and missing out items. It can be quite frustrating for customers and bad for your business as well. I also commend the delivery service, impressed!
