The instructions are very easy to follow. Only need a screwdriver and hammer to put it together. The picture is a bit misleading when it comes to the side pieces next to the drawers. There is actually a finishing piece on the sides. Same goes for where the shelf is. Overall it looks very good. The finish is a very high quality as well, considering it is a white laminate finish. I know my way around laminate finishes, as in the past I have worked for a furniture company well known for it's boxed furniture. Overall, very happy with my purchase!
