Motors do not last poor quality ! Should have brushless motors not brushed can’t take hard landings. Also the prop guards are cheap break rear easy.

  • Not what I thought

This product was not like the models they used to make. The battery for the drone only lasts 10 minutes and then you have to charge it again, and again. Mine only came with one battery and other ones that have been bought by others have had two or three batteries included. I am not satisfied with my product.

Understand that these are discontinued by Propel , They do not support them , for supply parts such as blades , If you have issue they only tell you to return to Best Buy for Return Ours was defective so returned to best buy so long too bad

First time drone user.... my wife got me this as a gift. Works great, kids think its cool and after a couple practice flights I am buzzing the tower. Battery life could be better but over all pretty good experience

  • There is no display case for this product

Returned it after receiving it. This product does not include the display case (even though the pictures show the display case). If you're a star wars fan then the display case is the best thing about this drone.

  • Never worked, no help

My son received this drone as a gift. Unfortunately there was a problem with the drive/power system in the drone... rotors wouldn't spin. Re-folllowed the manual several times, followed the on-line instructions to no avail. Emailed the help service, received nothing but automated responses. Returned and got something else.

  • False Presentation

Ordered this product and it did not arrive as advertised. Other reviews have had the same experience. Photos on this product indicate a special edition casing, but it arrived without being a special edition. I was not able to experience the unboxing which is apparantly fantastic because this product was not shipped as advertised. Very disappointing.

We haven’t been able to use it yet as everyday is too windy of a day :( can’t keep it in the air. Just too lightweight.

Went to the store in vernon on boxing day, bought the drone which was supposed to come with 2 batteries and the limited edition case. Opened it up at home to find one battery and no special packaging or case. Store and 1 800 number does not answer on boxing day. Store associate said can't return once opened so I can see that being a problem in preson. Expecting the correct product to be shipped to me or avalible for exchange in person tomorrow. We will see what happens

  • It's a false advertisement

The product page/description says it comes in/with a display case and 2 batteries. I ordered two of them, both as Christmas presents. Turned out there was no display case in the box, which by the way was the only reason I bought this product. And also this package only comes with 1 battery. Called customer support asking for the missing items and was told to return and buy another one of these with no guarantees of the advertised items being present in the new one. And since I had already given them out as presents, I couldnt really ask for them back. The drone itself is amazing. For a star wars fan, this product is perfect IF all the parts were delivered as advertised. Would love for a compensation for false advertisement.
