- Embarrassing sound quality, minimal volume level.- April 22, 2021
I give them two stars only because they never had connection issues, were fairly comfortable and had a good style to them. However, the sound quality was so BAD, and the volume level they could achieve was SO disappointing I returned them less than 24 hours later and purchased the Bose Tempo glasses instead. MUCH better quality and MUCH louder. I mean, if i tried to use these glasses with ANY type of background noise going on, even at max volume, I couldn't hear the glasses at all. Very dissapointing and my entire gaming setup consists of Razer products. Spend the extra money, and get the Bose. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
- Really Cool and actually works- April 25, 2021
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really cool device. Easy to pair to phone. The app is really limited as far as useful function except knowing battery level and changing the EQ settings. The actual glasses are comfortable but do tend to slide down my nose. The touch controls have a small trigger point and can be annoyingly finicky. The game mode is nice to have but to me isn't super important. The speakers get plenty loud to where people can obviously hear the beat of your music. The interchangeable lenses are nice even though they'll be dirty with your fingerprints every time you change them. Comes with carrying case as well. My main gripe though is the gloss black finish. SERIOUSLY STOP WITH THE GLOSS BLACK. IT DOESN'T MAKE THINGS SEEM PREMIUM, it makes them gross.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Nice glasses, good quality- April 22, 2021
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The glasses are sturdy, the speaker quality is decent. I can have it as loud as it goes, and still hear someone speaking in a normal conversational tone, which is nice. There are a couple of downsides, number one; you can't be super active with these as they do not sit on your face or hug your face. They are a slick plastic that slides right off of your ears, and nose. I attempted to do some carpentry and while using my saw, looking down they almost became goners. Second is the lack of instructions that come with them. The fact that they come with two sets of lenses, one clear and the other for sunglass, is great. The lenses are very easy to change out. Also, you can go to their website and navigate to their lens supplier and get your prescription filled for a very low price (around $120) for decent lenses. Do I like them, yes they are great when I'm sitting at the computer and working. Would I recommend them, yes. Could they use some improvement, yes.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
