a tracking issue fix

this is a very good mouse but a lot of people are complaining about a tracking issue. I had that as well but if you calibrate the mouse then it will fix that. 10/10 colours

I'm in love with it

the best mouse I had ever. my last was naga, so I decided to try a new one and Mamba is the best thing

Not very happy with this mouse... as of a few months ago the sensor has had weird glitches where it causes me to spin in my game uncontrollably for a second and then it freezes for around 10 seconds... not very helpful when gaming. Also, the scroll click seems to be bugged when used in some online games. If anyone could help solve these issues, it would be greatly appreciated.

Razer Mamba TE

Overall, this is a good gaming mouse that I use daily. The ergonomic feel to the mouse is very nice and comfortable, however it does force you to hold it in a certain position. However if you fix the position you hold the mouse in it is very comfortable. This is one of my favourite gaming mouse of all time.

Razer Mamba Tournament Mouse

This mouse is one of best PC mice I have used. It has great flexibility throughout different games, nice shape forms to the hand nicely, buttons are in great position, and the chroma makes it look amazing. Great product

Razer Mamba TE

This has been the 4th mouse I have purchased from Razer, and each one has been absolutely stellar. As an avid gamer, I can confidently state this is one of the most solid gaming mice available (at least in terms of what I need it for). The feel is perfect, number of buttons is more than enough, the color sync with Synapse and Razer Chroma is phenomenal. If you are looking for a new gaming mouse, your search has ended.

I believe that this is one of the best mouses out there from Razer, other than the Deathadder series. It has the best of both comfortability and athletics but I feel the only let downs I've come against is the grip and sensor. The grip is great at first but tends to start to peel off over time which a big issue and the sensor is a laser sensor which isn't as accurate as the optical (Deathadder does have) but that's not a huge issue but it would be more of a nice thing to have an optical sensor for such an expensive gaming mouse. The RGB lights are really bright and great though! Lastly, Id like to say that the scroll wheel on my mouse became defective over time and I found that sad knowing how high-end razer should be, I haven't used my warranty yet but so far the customer service is pretty great!

Pretty Good Mouse

Got this mouse almost a year and a half ago, and it is still a pretty good mouse today, although the Lancehead TE Mouse from Razer is more of the updated version of this mouse with a better sensor, and I will get into that now. The mouse build as a whole is great and I have used it every day for the past year and a half and some of the plastic coating is now starting to fade off around the Razer logo, but you can only tell this by looking at the mouse close up as in I can not tell that it is fading off in my normal seating position at my desk. The main issue would be the sensor, the laser sensor in this mouse does have some issues when it comes to freezing sometimes, since I got this mouse it has froze up where I have to unplug and replug it into my PC around 4 times. This doesn't matter much, and I find since they updated their software for the mouse it has not happened. It does do this thing where if you lift it up slightly and put it back down the mouse cursor would move down, but that is also not a big issue to me since I do not often lift my mouse up while gaming. So yes, It is a good mouse but I would go with the Lancehead TE over this if I were to get another Razer mouse. That one has the new sensor that is mucb better then what is in this mouse I have now, and overall it has the same kind of design, although I have never used one so I can't comment on any issues on it build wise.

Great mouse

Everything is top quality on this mouse. Some things i would change thouh, is the mouse scroll wheel being a little bit too flimsy and the left and right clicks having a little too much travel distance. Overall, an excellent purchase.

It randomly stops working

The movement of the mouse will randomly stop getting picked up for short periods of time, but during this period, the clicking with the mouse will still work but is annoying because you may misclick something as a result of the mouse not working properly. I've tried fixing it many different ways, but all to no avail. When it worked properly it was great, but this along with my recent experiences with other Razer products is going to keep me from buying products from them in the future.

First Gaming Mouse

I didn't have a lot of experience with gaming mice so I asked my gaming addict boyfriend what mouse I should get. He recommended the Mamba. It is great. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

best gamming mouse i ever had

i would recommended this to every gamer out there who plays fps games and even moba games, it has the best right and left click mouse in the market. thumbs up for this and a 5 star

  • from Nanaimo, BC

Razer Synapse

i got this mouse and it first i thought that it was a bit pricey, but after i used it a bit i realized that it is super high quality and has a really nice feel. also i would recommend downloading Razer Synapse to get the full value out of the mouse, but even if you don,t download Razer Synapse it still works really well. i would be careful of the side buttons tho because they go to previews and next page and are pressed really easy. i also really like the scroll wheel because you can press it side to side to scroll up and down the page faster you can also adjust the sensitivity of the mouse by pressing the buttons under then scroll wheel.

This is a fantastic mouse that provides me with everything that I need for my gaming experience. It has just the right amount of extra buttons for all my games, it has a really nice feel and its very smooth in-game. For anyone looking to buy a mouse for gaming this would be my top recommendation.

Very Satisfied

Absolutely LOVE this mouse. I use it for gaming and it glides like a wonder. It's fast, responsive and incredibly comfortable to grip. The mouse itself is lightweight but made with sturdy materials. The chroma is beautiful, you have so many options to choose from! The buttons are all easily within reach and I like how there aren't too many to confuse you/distort your hand into weird positions. The wheel is very precise due to the grip and you can use it to scroll left and right as well.

Please read this before buying any Mambas

Both the Razer Mamba and the TE uses the PTE sensor, or the Philips Twin Eye sensor. This sensor makes the mouse feel jittery and all that in gaming. I would only recommend this product for those who like to have a Chroma PC setup. In conclusion, the PTE sensor in the Mambas (yes plural) makes the mice obsolete in the world of gaming. Games I play: CSGO, Warframe, Combat Arms, Overwatch, ( mainstream FPS games)

Bound to have future issues

I bought the Mamba TE in February of this year, when I got home and started using it it was great, I loved it and the RGB lighting and effects were a neat touch. It's now July and I'm starting to have consistent problems with it, the lighting on the mouse will randomly just turn off (which is fine I can live without it having working lights) and now the latest problem I'm having with it is that it'll randomly stop tracking all together. I did my research and this is a common problem for Razer mice as they do not have a stand alone driver. If you want my advice buy a different brand of mice, go with Logitech or Steel Series. At least until Razer can get the issues with their mice and god awful Synapse software sorted out.

  • from Ottawa, ON

Randomly uninstalls

Ran great for a month, now it is no longer detected by windows or by Razer Synapse. Since Razer chooses not to release stand alone drivers there is no fix. Google search it; it's a common problem.

I had the 2012 Razer Mamba, the 2015 is just a great improvement. Waited for a really long time to get it! Razer is very very reliable in quality gaming peripherals (especially the mechanical keyboards!!)

Amazing Mouse

Bought this mouse for my first pc build, it is an amazing mouse. It glides and glows fantastically, blew me away. I use it playing overwatch and everyday use, I highly recommend this mouse to anyone who owns a computer.

Razer's Best Yet

Great ergonomic feel and quick sensor make this my new top razer mouse.

  • from Whitby, ON

This is my second gaming mouse that I've bought. And this on is 10x better than the old one! Very comfortable and the DPI variety is also great for gaming! Definitaly a good mouse!

  • from Laval, QC

Nice Mouse

Good mouse to use, able to set sensitivity to my own comfort. The lightings is just an extra perk you get with the mouse.

  • from North Bay, ON

Awesome Mouse!

This mouse is one of the best mice I've ever owned (My old razer naga was my favourite!) as it has many features when paired with razer synapse. All buttons on the mouse are fully customized, and compared with my old naga, you can jack up the DPI (which is essentially your mouse sensitivity) to a whopping 16000! This means if you need to react fast, or you need to click on a certain area, you're definitely going to be one step ahead of the competition!! I really wish it had more buttons to add for key binds, but this is remedied by another razer product: the orbweaver! Another great pair for this mouse is the razer vespula mouse pad, as you can actually sync it with the mouse to give you more control (my favourite) or speed! All in all, if you've got money to invest in your PC gear, go with this mouse!! It's the perfect price and gives you a great advantage in any gaming situation!

  • from Victoria B.C.

this mouse is a definite 10/10, I originally wasn't looking at this mouse because it didn't really fit my fps style. But once I started to read reviews and went in store to try it out I can't argue that this is one of the best mice out there. I find it really good for fps games as well as any other game type you might be playing. certainly 10/10

  • from Sooke, BC

I am really happy with this mouse. I was looking for a good FPS mouse and didn't think about this one really, but when I went and looked at other reviews and went in store and tried it out I found that it really suited what I needed.

  • from Toronto, ON

A solid mouse, easy to recommend

The Mamba Chroma is a great mouse. And easy to recommend. It's lighter than my last gaming mouse which is nice. It has a range of customizable buttons, which is one of the most important features for me. It feels study and well built, the mouse wheel in particular has a firm resistance to it making it feel durable. The Chroma feature is really impressive as well. It synchronizes with my Blackwidow keyboard and the LEDs are consistent throughout so the colour is seemless and smooth. It's really a great piece of technology and stands above other peripherals in it's class. I will definitely recommend this mouse to others who need customization and like the colour features too. Awesome!

Bought this mouse to replace my older gaming mouse and its a great replacement! It looks great and feels great, a worthy addition to my gaming rig. Worth every cent to say the least.

  • from Vancouver, BC

Amazing and Flawless

I've had this mouse for about a month and so far I have not found any cons of the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition Chroma. The mouse is easy to setup, has a nice sleek design and full optimized to your gaming or any need. The software, "Synapse" allows you to program the DPI, lights and customize the functions on the buttons on the mouse. This is a great mouse with a perfect click force and has left me extremely satisfied with what Razer has produced. I would highly recommend this to anyone who asks me. It has a big price tag but in my opinion it is always QUALITY before price. Hopefully this review helped you out.

I got the Razer blackwidow keyboard for christmas, and on boxing day i went to get this mouse and i damn love it!! Only downside is that it sometimes randomly stops working but that could be because im running a modded GTA 5 because when im not on it it works 100% i love how the colours can sync together and you can have profiles

  • from Chertsey, QC

Impressive mouse

Love my new Razer Mamba Tournament Edition. Had a deathadder before.
