    I sometimes pack a lot of stuff in it. Straps started falling apart within 11 months. I'll try the Quincy this time.

    Had this bag for 1 week before one of the shoulder strap let go. I sewed it and it s now just over 4 months and the bag is falling apart the seems are letting go on the top and sides. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

    This is my second review on the same backpack as I've already returned a previous one due to a broken molle strap. This is a review on the replacement backpack I got from Best Buy. It's been just under six months and the zipper on the computer compartment has torn to a six (6) inch tear! The zipper has separated from the main backpack. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload a picture for everyone to see. Best Buy will no longer cover for returns and exchanges after the initial 30 days (BOO! Shame on Best Buy) and have suggested I contact Samsonite directly for their 3 year parts warranty. There is a chance that they won't even replace the bag. Do not buy this backpack due to the poor quality and poor Best Buy returns policy.
