    This is our fourth Samsung TV, we donated our previous 55 inch, after 15 years of usage, no repairs! We are enjoying it very much, it’s a smart TV, and has everything we require.

    I have no major problems. However, there are a couple of minor issues that I would like addressed. The picture quality is not that great. It's kind of blurry and also with the brightness, I have to fix the brightness I turn it on. It start out as darker.

    Had the tv for less than a year and it needs to constantly be reset to restore functions. Typical Samsung garbage electronics.

    The picture was absolutely beautiful and it worked wonderfully for just over a year unfortunately, it developed a dark line running vertically through the screen. Within 2 weeks another spot developed in the lower right corner, is spreading up the screen and the tv is dangerously hot. There is a class action lawsuit against Samsung in the United States which involves this as well as other models referencing a known overheating issue. Samsung has given me info for a service provider in the area but will be at my own cost. Best buy geek squad was helpful on the phone however I have not pursued repairs at this point.

  • I got a defective one

    It took a day for us to notice but whenever we're watching a scene that includes fast action, The upper left 25% of the screen gets lagged behind. It's like 75% of the screen can cope up with the movement but the other 25% gets left behind. Really weird. Will be returning this unit.
