The phone arrived the day after my order,fantastic! It was in like new condition. I had a problem with it that required a replacement. After a few messages back and forth they sent me a shipping label and I received another phone,again in pristine condition,2 days later. New phone has no issues so far (one day's use). My only issue was with the lack of information in their messages. I had to ask for details several times about what and how they wanted me to do to prepare the phone for return and if and when they were going to send a replacement. But their responses were timely.

- Phones touchbad isn't working- May 26, 2021
I ordered this about a month ago, when I received it the phone software was out of date so after I did all the updates it is being really slow and some of the keys on the touchpad don't work, really frustrated. And when I try hard reset the phone it says No command but still loads to the Recovery screen but when I try wipe data or the cache partition and it will say Failed to clear BCB message? If I could get some help that'd be greatly appreciated! Other than that it came in good condition with no scrapes.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
