Seriously the best phone I have ever had. It's lightning-fast and even plays games on the highest settings. It's beautiful and feels premium. I have no idea why it didn't take off. If you have a Note 8 and like it, you should really consider upgrading. The camera is amazing and the biometrics never fail me, unlike other phones I have had. It charges way faster than my Note 9 did and holds a charge for at least 2 days. (Not gaming) Overall it's a really solid phone and the cases for it from Samsung are awesome.

Amazing device for photographers. It takes amazing shots with 5 cameras in the back. Battery backup is so good but it depends on what is your settings for display resolution and always on display. Never lag because of 12 GB ram. Every game runs like a butter.

I've had the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ for about 3 weeks now,and I must say that I am extremely impressed! As for the actual product itself,so far I cannot think of anything that I dislike. I have not yet used all of its features, but am confident that I will be impressed. This phone replaces a still working Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which I purchased in early 2013. There are some things (I call them "soft features") that I dislike. One of those annoyances is "Bixby" and "AR Emoji". I wish I could just get rid of them and uninstall them completely, but the best that one can do is Disable them, and Disallow them. They interrupt and are in your face when using other apps. Shame on you Samsung for imposing this crap on users. Also annoying, but probably not unlike other devices and brands,is the enormous amount of "bloatware" apps pre-installed on the phone. I'm going to have to uninstall most of it. I would rather have a bare bones device, and choose for myself what apps I would like to install. I am not one that appreciates others deciding what apps I need! But to sum up: Other than the couple of things above,I must say that this phone is truly a winner, even though it is pretty expensive. If you can afford it,go for it!! I know that I am very pleased. If it weren't for the couple of annoyances mentioned above,I would have to give this phone a 4.5 maybe even 5 star rating.

I was greeted by Jacob and he was very knowledgeable with the brand and answered all of my questions. The buying experience very easy and quick. I would come back and buy my next phone from him again! Thank you.

I preordered this phone and it says unlocked version and technically the firmware version should be global not a carrier firmware version and the phone that I got has telus firmware and we tried opening other phones and it shows other carriers so it means their unlock version is just an unlock phone.

This is my first Note. I've had it for a couple of weeks now. Samsung makes it so easy to transfer all your data, apps and settings from the old Samsung to the new one. I love the Note 10+ with the great camera. I haven't used the S-Pen as much yet but it's helpful in writing stuff down. No cons except for the price of course.
