Honestly this is a great phone. However, I rate it only 4 stars out of 5 because the screen scratches and shatters extremely easily.

Bought this phone for my Grandma, as she was upset that I myself was buying good phones like the S10 and only giving her mid ranged phones like the Moto e4 plus. This phone is still good after so long, to the average person this phone is still current. So for my grandma who cares about status this phone basically is that. However judging from how far my s10 is from the s8. The S8 is starting to lose its luster. The s10 is a lot faster, has new features and is getting the latest android 10 update. Unlike this phone. But for most people, they're not going to care. And the s8 will still be receiving security updates for years to come.

While i normally like the galacy note series phones for their massive screens, the s8 has to be one of the best phones you can get for the price. Looks extremely sleek, the no bevel design is timeless and its just all around a great phone...and it doesnt cost a thousand bucks!!

Great phone nice picture quality unlocked works in Africa

Was making payments at Bestbuy for this phone for a year now. Takes great pictures, and holds enough space for me. However, the battery life is absolutely horrible. I had to switch it out multiple times for the battery life, and also people on the other line not being able to hear me through speaker phone. I will leave the house for work, and 15 mins later after just talking on the phone it will be 10% less. I was told it must just be the generation of phone I invested it. Of course a refurbished phone will not be the best, but was not expecting to have it charged almost every half an hour.

Bought it new in store and loved it. Haven't had a problem yet. Runs smooth, plenty of battery life. Glad I went with this over other phone on the market

Samsung Galaxy phones are always great quality and when used right last for a long time

All features of this phone are great: camera, memory is adequate for the price, battery can go for more than 2 days. Samsung on-line service is great.
