Compatibility
Wireless fast charging is compatible with Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. Other Samsung devices such as the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 Active will charge at regular speed as they do not support fast charging.
Easy To Use
The Samsung Wireless Charging Stand is easy to set up and use. First, connect the charging stand to your device’s charging cable and then place your phone on the stand. For optimal performance, your device should be placed in the center of the stand. The built-in LED indicator light will alert you if the device is not properly aligned and when a good charge alignment is acquired.

The warranty we provide covers issues related to software or hardware malfunctions such as the camera or charging port not working. Our warranty does not cover malfunctions related to physical damage, water damage, or software modification problems such as jailbreaking or rooting.

- A description of the issue you are facing
- The IMEI or Serial number of your product
Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
