    We got this stove to match the fridge, a Samsung as well. The range heats up in 2 modes - hot as hell or not hot enough to be of use, and this causes anything to either be undercooked or burned. Kind of useless in my opinion.

    I bought this stove about 3 years ago and have spent about 5 hours on the phone with their support trying to get assistance, but never getting any actual help. First of all, the oven simply cannot maintain a temperature. In the first year of owning this, I decided to cook a nice Christmas dinner for my parents in my first house. After 1 hour longer than the specified time, the Turkey was completely raw on the inside. Perplexed, I turned off the oven and turned it back on again and the oven was off by 100 degrees!! I've tested this multiple times, and every time I use it I have to turn it off midway through cooking, reset the temperature and allow it to re-heat back to the desired temperature. SECOND issue, the temperature probe. Neat device, but after 1 year it stopped working. I called support and they had me unplug, replug several times - standard troubleshooting - and finally it worked once. Then it didnt work again. As it turns out, it works every 4-5 tries. The technician on the phone indicated that this was fine and that they would not replace or repair the device. Lastly, the stovetop although beautiful to look at is difficult to manage temperature. The difference between 'Low' and 2 is unbelievable. You could sear a steak on 2. It makes for a difficult time making sauces. Buyer beware, Samsung is complete garbage. If you're skeptical (as you should be) do some more research on Samsung appliances...

    The main element stays on high burning the first pot we put on it. Bestbuy offered to replace we said okay one month later they still haven't replaced now they are offering to fix it. This has been a terrible buy. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.
