Bought this TV boxing day, ended up getting it home and 2 HDMI ports weren't working properly, so I had to bring it back and they ordered me a new one. A week later I got it and now only 1 HDMI port isn't working properly. I don't know whats going on with it, the one remaining port is doing the same thing as the one I brought back the picture flickers in and out. I'm not about to send it back again and have to wait another week for a new one. Other than the HDMI problems this a nice TV. Would be nice if it had a headphone jack on it, I'm trying everything to find a way how to use my headphones on it from bluetooth adapters rca adapters but no luck. Even talking to Samsung support was useless and I know theres a way how to use my headphones with it.

dont waste your money

i have tryed two of these within two weeks , the tv after about 4 days wont stay powered off and samsungs support worst ever trust me don't waste your money

Pro: Very clear. Works well as any normal tv does. Con: Limited Apps. Netflix, YouTube, CTVGO, DiscoverGO is pretty much it.

Best product I could find

There are limited choices in this TV size range. This was the best 37", 1080p TV / computer monitor I was able to find, and with a base design that I like. I ordered it online. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition, with no shipping charge. The assembly instructions were quite good (it took a moment), but I needed to get Bell in to connect it to my network as those kinds of instructions were not included. It works well, looks good. The only issue I have is the picture quality which in some cases seems almost overly HD and a bit unreal. Perhaps there is a setting that I don't know about which might correct that.

Not a bad TV!

Picture is very sharp. We like Samsung overall - Sony pictures are a bit "softer" - just as the Best Buy expert said. We also have a big Sony (65") from Best Buy, and we like both TVs a lot. No complaints so far.

Great Smart TV for the Price

This is exactly the smart TV with 1080p that I am looking for the price range. It is very easy to setup and we enjoy the screen mirroring function with our cell phones. The pictures are very sharp and the color looks realistic. Overall, we like the TV.

Good Small TV

Having a small space in my living room for a tv I needed a smaller tv and the 32" was the perfect size. But what to buy? I read a lot of reviews about HD tv's and one brand kept conming up over and over - Samsung. This one had all the features I was looking for and was on sale for a good price. I love the bigger screen and the many adjustments I was able to make to suit my picture and sound prederences. I would recommend this tv as a good buy.

Definately met my expectations

I chose this tv based upon looking for a 32" smart TV within a good price range. The delivery was ahead of time. Once i picked it up, found that it was very light and easy to move around. It was very easy to set up and once it was connected I was surprised with the sound and the features. The one area that I'd suggest for improvement is the remote. It would have been nice had it been a smart remote that I could have set up with the cable. It's very nice to have the youtube and netflix apps as well as the connectivity to a smart phone. I'm certainly happy with the purchase and would not hesitate to recommend purchasing.

Great television

I bought this on sale, otherwise I feel it is priced too high for what you get it. I have a Samsung 50" 6300 series which I love, and I love the Smart Hub, so when my bedroom TV needed replacing, I bought this. I'm a little disappointed in the Smart Hub, and that is probably due to this being a 5500 series, but it gets the job done, so I am satisfied overall. It would have been nice to have Netflix, Youtube, etc buttons on the remote like I have with my 6300 series. For those reasons, I only gave it 4/5 stars. I would recommend to wait for this TV to go on sale before you buy it, otherwise the current retail price is too much.

Multipurpose TV and office monitor

Great picture quality with all the expected adjustments. Built in speakers were surprising better than expected. Would have liked to have had an ECO feature and some indication of when the screen is on.

Been great!

We really have liked this TV. Quick setup, and hooked to the internet with ease. Have used lots for Netflix, Youtube, and other net videos, and all have worked just great. Lots of inputs too, so good for hooking up to multiple devices. I like the very small bezel too.

Not disappoint but some what

I bought this tv couple of weeks back very good picture quality & lots of cool features but some thing I was not expected from Samsung at this price that they did not add Any control buttons on tv if your remote gone bad your tv will not work looks very cheap in this case but beside this every thing els is good.

This TV has great picture, contast and also UI, can play almost any format. But something wrong is going on with this model. I've already exchaged it, having the same issue again - I can't change picture ettings at all - not only change modes like 'Movie', 'Natural' etc. I can't even change contrast in the menu for some reason! And my internal storage says 0kb free - although I didn't install any application except the default ones. Reset to factory helped just for a while. I couldn't find similar problem on the internet so maybe just bad luck but anyway... letting know my experience.

Blown away!

I just bought this tv a week ago and I fell in love with the image quality. I'm using Bluetooth headset at night to hear sound without disturbing my neighbors. A number of Bluetooth divice can be paired with it like mouse, keyboard, and Playstation controller. I installed Netflix app from a menu of apps wich is awesome. I highly recommend this beautifully Samsung smart tv.

Excellent TV

This Samsung TV has excellent colour, contrast , picture quality and sound along with all the Smart features. Setup was straight forward and easy as was the setting the Wi-Fi capabilities. Would highly recommend!!
